The location was good.

Cons:

1. There were no tissues in the room, and the tissues inside the bathroom appeared to have already been used.
2. The air conditioning was weak and the room did not cool properly.
3. The waiting time for the elevators was very long.
4. There were no towels in the room, and despite contacting the hotel via WhatsApp, there was no response. I eventually had to buy towels myself.

Le personnel était désagréable au plus haut point on a vraiment l’impression de les faire chier
Pas de serviette de main ni de savon et ça me dit ah désolé on fournit pas ??? On entend le dehors et beaucoup de résonance dans les couloirs.
Je m’attarde pas sur les dizaine de minutes que vous pouvez attendre à l’ascenseur bref C’était la deuxième et dernière fois que je venais dans cet hôtel quel gâchis

We enjoyed our 2 nights here. Was great to see KLCC at night.
Pros:

The location is close to the Petronas Towers, restaurants and bars.
The rooftop infinity pool is the reason I booked it and it did not fail. The room was very clean and modern.

Cons:

Even though we were on the 32nd floor, the noise from the traffic and sirens were relentless all night.
