We truly loved our stay and felt so welcomed! We’ll definitely be back and will happily recommend it
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, the accommodations were comfortable, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, our car broke down right when we arrived, but the valet team went above and beyond to be kind, helpful, and accommodating during a stressful situation.

We also loved the location and will definitely stay here again! The tote bag waiting for us in the room was such a thoughtful and memorable special touch. Highly recommend!

Cons:

This certainly isn’t a negative, as we completely understand that the location doesn’t allow much room for a pool. A pool would be a nice added amenity, but it definitely isn’t a dealbreaker for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely stay here again! 😊

The most convenient location in Clemson! Room was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable!

Self park would have been a convenient option since we had to wait a while on the valet.

For an expensive hotel, and a lot of extra charges, I probably won’t stay there again.

Close to my event. Elegant room & common areas

One of my favorite hotels and I travel often!
Pros:

Everything about THE SHEPHERD is top notch. Beautiful property, friendliest staff, great cafe and bar, amazing outdoor rooftop lounge, nice touch with free water and coffee on each floor. The location in the center of town is so convenient.
