Tod bien con el hotel.

Cons:

Todo estuvo percfecto. Pero en la noche en uno de los cuarto al querer cerrar la cortina se cayo completito el cortinero. Vimos que solo estaba fijado con 3 o 4 pijas a un techo de tablaroca y los barrenos estaban ya totalmente flojos y por eso se cayo apenas movimos la cartina. Y al día siguiente cuando salimos avisamos a la señorita de la recepcion pero nos llamo la Gerente Monica Lopez para amenzarnos que nos iba a cobrar la reparación, lo cual considero injusto dado que la manera en que estaba colocado el cortinero no era la apropiada. Y le dijimos que nos estabamos de acuerdo por que nosotros no lo hicismos aproposito. Despues que es rente tres habitaciones!!!!

Pros:

酒店很美，历史建筑里算维护的很好的，很有风格特色。虽然不在中心景区，但打车进出也很方便，而且周边的建筑都很美，餐厅咖啡店也都齐全。

Cons:

卫生间设施有点旧了，淋浴的水很小，热水需要等很久，且淋浴地漏下水很慢。
前台夜间值班的员工都不会英语，房间没有座机，有事情需要找工作人员需要用手机联系前台。且夜间并没有英语工作人员，沟通比较困难。白天的员工都很友善。

It was a pay at the property booking. The property charged my card without my consent and also I paid in cash when I reached the hotel. Its been more than 3 months and I am still fighting about the refund thats around $600. Its been a pain dealing with them and they are not responding. I would be very cautious when booking with them.

Edificio historico hermoso. Como regresar al pasado
Pros:

El edificio es hermoso, es viejo pero está muy bien conservado. Tiene historia que el personal te explica al llegar. La habitación está muy bien, amplia y limpia cama muy comoda.

Cons:

Tuvimos un poco de problemas con el agua caliente, tardo muchos minutos en salir a temperatura adecuada. Algunas puertas rechinaban mucho y la puerta del balcon no cerraba lo que nos causo incertidumbre en dejar cosas de valor en la habitacion.

Cute boutique experience, with a couple of hiccups
Pros:

A beautiful bargain comparatively speaking to some other luxury options in Guanajuato. The restored building is beautiful. We enjoyed the restaurant, notably, it had some of the better food we had while we were here (off radar), and my niece in law is from here, so that is saying something. Try the French toast for a decadent treat.

Cons:

Fine print, there is no elevator on the property. We had originally booked a standard room, which was on the top floor of what looked to be an addition to property aaaaaall the way in the back corner. This was an absolute deal breaker for us. We upgraded the room to one on the second floor. There was a notable difference in the quality of the rooms. I would suggest paying a little extra money for an upgraded room because I do not recommend the standard room.
