Pros:

Really lovely hotel with a real live person to greet us...so nice when so many places just have an anonymous keycode system! Pretty rooftop pool and bar.

Pros:

Spacious rooms, friendly and thoughtful staff, cleanness, prompt reception, great breakfast.

Cons:

That the charging in the bedroom doesnt work without the key. Preventing me from charging the laptop while having my breakfast.

Overall lovely Portuguese people. Very helpful. Would stay again.
Pros:

The property was in a great location. It smelt fresh and clean. Staff were very helpful and lovely.

Cons:

It would be good to have regular cover on the rooftop bar. Had to ask on occasion for someone to give towels/drinks. Possibly an other two sunbeds.

Pros:

The room is very spacious. The design is well done and comfortable.

Cons:

The refrigerator noise during the night, coming from the kitchen area.

The location was very close to the center so easy walk everywhere.

La struttura è accogliente pulita e la colazione ottima. Ottima anche la posizione

Cons:

Non so di chi sia la responsabilità ma il taxi prenotato tramite Booking era perfetto tranne che aveva l’indirizzo sbagliato e mi ha lasciato vicino ma non nella struttura. Ho dovuto chiamare e andare alla struttura a piedi. Non era lontana ma mi ero preoccupata di aver subito una truffa visto che dove mi ha lasciato il taxi non c’era niente..

Pros:

The location is superb. Porto is either UP or DOWN we decided that DOWN is a better starting point and makes getting home at the end of a long day easier !!
The room was nice, clean and with ample space for 'stuff'
Good bathroom and a comfy bed

Cons:

AC was somewhat indifferent
You couldn't really self cater even though its an aparthotel but why would you in a city with such a culinary heritage.

Omkringliggende huse var meget forfaldne, trak lidt ned på hotellet.

Great value, great staff, some things to improve.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great and cozy. Location is great - quiet - but still central. Swimming pool area is a nice addition.

Cons:

The room was very dark. The view was to the entrance of the cleaning room facilities. The pin code thing to open the door only worked 50% of the time. I also saw a group of 6 pigeons taking a bath in the swimming pool in the morning.. Not the nicest :)
