The pool area should be cleaned more regularly, it would benefit from maintenance work and staff there should be more proactive and friendly.

Pool a little small
Tolle Lage zum Museum und zu allen Touri Attraktionen, direkt am Rio Douro. Wir durften schon vor dem Check in den Pool nutzen und das Gepäck abgeben. Eine sehr freundliche junge Dame an der Rezeption, hat geduldig alles erklärt.Tipptopp sauber und frisch. Super Betten, Mega Ausblick vom Pool.
Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer und mussten in der Nacht zum Flughafen. Leider schlossen die Fenster nicht richtig und vor dem Hotel war eine Party. Es ist uns erst richtig aufgefallen, als das Personal nicht mehr da war.

El apartamento es muy bonito, limpio, cómodo y está muy bien ubicado. Lo mejor la piscina, pequeña pero ideal para relajarte después de un día de turismo y calor.
Great little hotel, had a lovely balcony room on the front of the hotel with river view which was great. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced.
Rooftop pool area is very small and busy so we unfortunately didn’t get to use but it didn’t affect our stay

Room was on the first floor, it was a bit noisy.
This hotel is ideally located for visiting the city places of interest, for restaurants/bars, to commute by tram or bus and for leisurely strolls along the Douro River. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and can speak many languages to communicate with all guests. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast has a wide range of delights and the roof top pool & bar is an added bonus.

Central lovely room and access to old portal nice little roof pool but very small only 2 loungers and some bean bags table and chairs
No parking which caused some stress as parked in residential spaces at our own risk. Definitely do not take your own car to Porto!
