Overall a good stay but some minor changes like small fridges in the rooms, more reasonably priced drinks and snack avai
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the AC was nice and cool. The pool was just as pictured.

Cons:

The restaurant closes at 3pm which makes sense with only 12 rooms but there are no snacks available for purchase and no refrigerators in the room. We had to buy a cooler and buy ice every day. The drinks were also very overpriced - more expensive than what you find in town. The location is good but only if you are accustomed to the heat and humidity - if not the 10 min walk feels deathly. We opted to rent an ATV.

Good Location, great rooms with a nice terrace, Outstanding staff and service

Cons:

Everything was great, hot water not working on day 1, but fixed by friendly staff immediately.

De la angustia a la sorpresa
Pros:

Cuando llegue al hotel estaba lloviendo fuertemente, por tanto, la alberca estaba sucia, con hojas de árbol, los solares de las habitaciones estaban desordenados por lo que mi primera impresión fue desoladora. Mejoró el clima, entró el staff de mantenimiento y mi visión del hotel cambió radicalmente. La actitud de servicio y atención a clientes del personal del hotel fue increíble. El concepto de hotel innovador y moderno y permite tener contacto con la naturaleza. Me gusto que no tienen TV, hay buen internet.

Not worth the price - especially in low season, as they won’t have a good service for you.
Pros:

The staff are super kind, especially the evening service. The morning people were not very attentive though and spent all day looking at their phone instead of checking on guests…

Cons:

First, the location. It’s far away from any ‘busy’ area or beach, and you need to take a moto or taxi to go anywhere.
Second, the cleanliness. The pool was very dirty and despite having told it to the staff, they did not make anything about it. The light went on and off after some rain.
Last, they did not told us we needed to ask for the room to be done daily which turned out to leave our room not cleaned when we did not specifically asked for it. It’s okay if we need to ask, but let us know in advance…also they charge you for everything, even a second “coffee” (if you want to call it like that) during breakfast. Oh, I nearly forgot, breakfast is not worth the money, and they don’t have most of the options, funneling options to eggs, fruit, and pancakes…

Peaceful getaway
Pros:

Very peaceful location, big rooms, lovely pool, delicious breakfast and nice staff. It is a bit away from everything, but we really enjoyed that. La punta is really just 10-15 min walk, or you can get a taxi at any time.

Very functional for rest
Pros:

Comfortable and quiet, also clean

Cons:

Noo real room por parking, no hot water, pricey for what is offered, they didnt have a lot of the things we ordered on the menu

Lovely relaxing stay around a gorgeous pool. Very homely
Pros:

Lovely pool area, nice staff, very yummy food, overall felt very homely! Would definitely recommend as great value for money. Nice relaxing location away from the main area of La Punta - would definitely recommend getting a scooter or quad bike as the walk was too long for us, but the hotel order taxis for you if not so all good.

Cons:

Aircon wasn’t working properly in our room so we had to move rooms after one night, then the second room didn’t have the nice big tv. If we had both the whole stay it would have been perfect!

Lindo, cómodo pero lejos
Pros:

Muy cómodo, el baño y las camas.
La piscina y el restaurant eran muy agradables, ricos y no era caro.

Cons:

A pesar que eran a 700 metros de la playa era un cerro!! De bajada bien, pero de subida era del terror.

L’hôtel plutôt design, une terrasse très agréable par chambre, la déco plutôt moderne et sympa. À 10 minutes à pied de l’animation mais ça grimpe…

Cons:

Les équipements de la chambre sont assez limités : pas une chaise, aucun rangement pour les affaires, rien pour faire sécher les serviettes… climatisation très bruyante, la piscine est très agréable avec des gros matelas confortables mais l’eau de la piscine etait sale ; la terrasse du haut etait charmante mais sale
