Pros:

Clean room, easy to self check in.

Cons:

Could have better facilities in the sense of could have really benefited from a mini fridge to store personal food like a lot of other hotels would provide. Quite a high price but that just seems to be the case with Zermatt in general so this was still the cheapest hotel in the town so still happy.

wir durften bereits 2 stunden vorher ins zimmer. sauber, hell, genügend abstellflächen und steckdosen

In keiner Nachricht wurde erwähnt, dass Zermatt autofrei ist, erst im Nachbarort offensichtlich gewesen. Und nein, woher sollte das jeder wissen…Zimmer vorteilhaft größer fotografiert. Mehrkosten durch Parken im Nachbarort und Zug- und Taxitickets.
Keine Gardinen, freier Blick für Nachbarn, Bett genau vorm Fenster. Putzpersonal klopfte 10.01 Uhr an der Tür, Lage direkt am Ortsausgang im Industriebereich,

Praktische und saubere Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht auf kleinem Raum. Personal antwortet schnell via e-mail.

Cons:

Lage ist am Stadtrand, ausserhalb der autofreien Zone. Aber in Fussdistanz zum Bahnhof; Bushaltestelle zu den Bergbahnen ist auch nicht weit.
