Good location and cute restaurant area.
For the price, the room was very basic. We booked this place because of the unique rooms with the trees integrated into them, but our room had no tree coming through it or anywhere near it. The balcony was in full sun, so it was not enjoyable to use during the hot part of the day.
The room itself was also very basic. The pool and hot tub were located in an uncharming area away from the cabins. The pool was very cold, and the hot tub was not very warm.
I would expect this for half the price we paid. It was very expensive for what you get. You can stay at many much higher-standard accommodations in Valle de Guadalupe for less than what we paid here.

I would just suggest having a full body mirror in the room
The room has no closet to put the clothes,
no place to open the luggage ...
BUT worst of all, the toilet room has no wall.... so there is not privacy at all!
you can see from WC from the room... that is absurd, no one wants to be watched while you are using it
we ask for another room and they didnt helped. so we have to move to another hotel
