Hotel met potentie
Pros:

Mooi hotel met grote kamers en mooi uitzicht over de bergen. Vrij groot zwembad. Eten in restaurant was lekker. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De kamers waren niet echt schoon. Haren en vlekken. We hadden gevraagd schoon te maken. De schoonmaker kwam meteen, maar ging haren met de hand van de vloer rapen. We vroegen of hij kon stofzuigen, maar dat ging niet.

Afwerking en onderhoud in hotel kan en moet beter. Meer training voor het personeel.

Ontbijt was ok mer vrij veel keuze, maar kwaliteit eten was iets minder. Ook jammer dat het vaak lauw warm was.

الفندق جميل وكما في الصور لكن هناك اخطاء رائحة الحمام شنيعه جدا وطلبت غسل الحمام طوال ال5الايام لم يغسل ورائحة البول مقرفه ومنتشره في الغرفة وطلبت مساج لي ولبنتي كتبو في الاعلان ب300الف وعند اتهاء الموظفات طلبو 50الف بحجة ضرائب وذلك لم يكن مكتوب في الاعلان وموظفات المساج سيئات بكل المقاييس يكثرون من الكلام والسخرية مننا واحدة منهم كانت تحمل الجوال وهيا تعمل لبنتي المساج ممااثار استيائنا ونزلنا للوبي ورفعنا شكوى لكن بدون فائده فندق جميلل وخدمات سيئة جدا جدا
