Totalmente recomendable
Pros:

El trato que ofrece todo el personal es inmejorable, en recepción y en el restaurante. Las instalaciones son estupendas, un hotel con solo doce habitaciones donde te hacen sentir como en casa. La cama y las almohadas muy buenas, la habitación muy coqueta y el restaurante genial. Recomendable al cien por cien. Repetiremos experiencia.

- Die Kommunikation mit Paula funktionierte perfekt
- Ein herzliches Dankeschön für den coolen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel
- Der Empfang und das Einchecken war schnell und herzlich
- Der Kuchen war eine wundervolle, feine Überraschung - einfach mega sowas!
- Den Abschiedskaffee und die freundliche Verabschiedung wussten wir sehr zu schätzen
- Einfach nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank- auch wenn wir nur kurz bei Euch waren - Ihr seit ein tolles Team!

Gute Base für den Besuch von Sevilla. Nahe am Zentrum und trotzdem nicht mitten im Touristenrummel.
Pros:

Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer und sehr aufmerksames Personal beim Empfang. Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuss erreichbar und viele Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Cons:

Servicepersonal beim Frühstück war nicht sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. In der Dusche funktionierte die Handbrause nicht richtig, nur die Regendusche.

Excellent hotel with a very questionable restaurant.
Pros:

Exceptionally well trained personnel at the hotel - very attentive and helpful without being intrusive. Great location and facilities. Rooms are very well appointed and are very comfortable and clean. We had really good quality sleep in a comfy bed. Overall excellent value.

Cons:

The restaurant service is terrible. They were not busy , as we were off season, but still…OMG, orders got mixed, things were forgotten, waiting was way too long, requests had to be repeated multiple times. It’s Not acceptable especially in comparison with the excellent service from the hotel itself.
