Ago Hotel Chinatown

Great location right by the canal. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean.

Good location on the edge of Chinatown. Air conditioner was needed as it was very hot. Breakfast was good too and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Clean, nice staffs. Breakfast was so good. Location is also good. Walking distance to China Town ( Yaowarat) and Talad Noi. We forgot the favorite pillow of my husband, the staffs took care so well to send it back to us . So lovely 😍 highly recommend 👌

We stayed two nights at Ago Hotel and it set the tone for the rest of our trip perfectly.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Chinatown with everything on your doorstep. But the real highlight is the staff. They're among the warmest and most helpful we've come across at any hotel, anywhere. Nothing feels scripted, they're just genuinely lovely people who take real pride in their work. They gave us brilliant recommendations for Bangkok and wider Thailand, and every suggestion was spot on. If you're new to the country or still figuring out your itinerary, talk to them.

The rooms are spacious, airy and spotlessly clean, with high ceilings that give the whole space a calm, open feel. The bathrooms are big and well-appointed. After a long-haul flight, it's exactly what you want to walk into.

Five stars without hesitation. The kind of place that makes you want to come back.

Friendliness, cleanliness, charming owner Ploy who went out of her way to be helpful and friendly. All staff were fantastic. It is also in a great location and the hotel has beautiful antiques and photographs which also make The Ago a unique destination. Such a lovely place to come ‘home’ to each evening.😀

Excellent location! The staff are so attentive and kind. Breakfast was delicious! The shower has excellent water pressure, which is a huge plus.

this is a wonderful boutique hotel. the breakfast was amazing. a must try are the eggs: salt eggs. customer service was excellent. when i arrived, each time my door was opened and bags were taken into the lobby. this is a lovely establishment. from beginning to end it was treated with care.
