Wouldn’t stay here again - there’s better options for less money nearby. It’s a very old hotel and feels it.

Clean and comfortable hotel with a dream view.
Pros:

The Phaedra hotel is a gem. It's not fancy, but it's clean and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff...and the location!! The view!! It's great value and is even more beautiful in person. There's nothing like waking up to a view of the Acropolis. Easy walking distance to it with plenty of shops and restaurants (though the neighborhood is of course quite touristy). It was perfect for our short time in Athens. Thank you!

Mitten im Geschehen, alles nah. Trotzdem nicht laut im Zimmer. Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Blick über Athen und vor allem auf die Akropolis.
Sehr freundliches Personal und ich hatte viele gute Tipps bekommen.
Ein einfaches Hotel, aber das weiß man vor dem Buchen.

A lovely hotel, friendly staff, always ready to help. Easy access to all the busy areas, walking distance to the main attractions. A lot of cafes and restaurants right at your doorstep. Nice roof terrace!

A very nice hotel. We would recommend and stay again.
Pros:

The view from our room was excellent! There was also rooftop access where you could sit and enjoy the view. The location was walkable to the train, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel had an elevator which was nice for taking luggage to the room.

Cons:

The shower was a little small but we learned that most showers in Greece were so this was not a big factor.
