Nice hotel
Pros:

Perfect place. Very kind and helpful receptionists. Lots of shops, restaurants. Intresting view from small balcony to the street. Amazing breakfast. I can recommend it.

Perfecto, muy muy perfecto. El mejor en el que he estado en Estambul.

Nos gustó absolutamente TODO. El alojamiento era perfecto. El personal más perfecto aún. Nos fuimos muy muy contentos. Las habitaciones impecables, súper cómodas y súper limpias. Las camas son perfectas, la ducha también, toallas siempre renovadas, champú, gel y acondicionador. Siempre están pendiente de ti, siempre nos dejaban agua al limpiar y si necesitabas más te la daban. El desayuno muy bien, completo. Viajamos dos familias y nos trataron súper bien. Quería una habitación con cuna y nos dieron una habitación triple. Dormimos súper cómodos la estancia entera. Nos sentimos como en casa, Aysun y seda nos trataron súper bien. Nos ayudaron con un problema y estuvieron jugando con nuestro bebé cada día que la veían. Son dos personas magníficas realmente me han echo sentir como en casa. Y les he cogido mucho aprecio. Es algo que jamás me ha pasado en ningún hotel. El trato es muy cercano y muy familiar y hace que te sientas querido por ellos. Están pendiente hasta del mínimo detalle. Cuando teníamos el check out, nos guardaron las maletas, nos ofrecieron quedarnos en recepción descansando hasta que venga el taxi, y nos ofrecieron te y agua. Y repito nos ayudaron con un problema que alomejor en otro hotel no hubiesen echo. Y eso lo agradezco muchísimo. Aysun y seda muchas gracias por todo.

Byłam w wielu hotelach na Lalali do tego nie wrócę
Pros:

Czystość ok natomiast mój pokój nie został posprzątany mimo że poprosiłam o sprzątaczkę aby przyszło za 5 minut bo ja nie byłam jeszcze gotowa żeby wyjść.

Cons:

Bardzo słabe śniadanie, personel nie znający dobrze angielskiego i rosyjskiego.

Понравилось всё:локация,завтраки,уборка,персонал.Номера в отличном состоянии,белоснежная постель,тапочки и всё необходимое.Заселили рано утром!Завтраком накормили!При заселении и выселении угостили чаем и кофе .Отдельно хочу отметить девушку СЕДУ.Рано утром она встретила меня на ресепшене.Она профессионал в своём деле и очень добрый человек,она визитная карточка этого отеля!!!!Я очень благодарна всему персоналу и очень рада,что выбрала этот отель.Всем рекомендую!

Szybkie nocowanie i wymeldowanie się po kawie.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, miły i życzliwy personel. Pokoje czyste, łazienki zadbane.

Cons:

Śniadania 1/5. Bardzo słabe. Jajka tylko gotowane, ser, wędlina, 8 plastrów rozciągnięte na 50cm półmisek.
