Percect central location in Lisbon!
Pros:

The hotel is in a central location near to public transport, bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and let me check in when I arrived early before midday. Breakfast was amazing with the choice of eggs, savoury snacks, fruit and yoghurt. There is tea, coffee and available throughout the stay in the lobby. I'd highly recommend the hotel for a short stay in Lisbon!

Cons:

You can hear some noise from the street below (I was on the first floor) but this didn't keep me awake at all. The room is small but I booked it knowing this so it wasn't an issue.

Next time I will ask the room on the church side.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel location is great as really in the centre and close to many attractions and shopping area. The personnel were super nice and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel's neighborhood is quite noisy in the night, so it was difficult to fall asleep, and I was woken up by the noice from the street very early.

Equipe muito acolhedora, limpeza e recepção excelente
Pros:

O hotel é muito acolhedor. A equipe como um todo foi excelente, super educados, cordiais e simpáticos. Muito educados e atenciosos durante toda a estadia, principalmente a Anny e a Dayanne (posso ter errado o nome, mas foi no dia 14 de julho). Como um todo, todos os funcionários com os quais tive contato foram extremamente solicitos e educados. Café da manhã de qualidade, quartos confortáveis e limpos. Além disso, ter a disposição no quarto água filtrada sem ser cobrado a parte me surpreendeu positivamente. E também tínhamos também a disposição café e pequenos petiscos ao longo do dia, fizeram total diferença entre uma vinda e outra ao hotel durante os passeios na cidade.

Cons:

Em uma das estadias tivemos um pequeno problema com o ar-condicionado, mas que logo foi resolvido logo que comunicamos o ocorrido.

Great location and value
Pros:

We loved the location even though it was pretty close to what we nicknamed "crack alley". That area was easy to avoid and you'll know it when you walk through it (even when you walk through it you don't feel unsafe and this can't be helped by the hotel). The hotel was within very easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and sightseeing. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was delicious. The breakfast was pretty great and the coffee options were good.

Cons:

We didn't care for the rainfall shower head. There were several streams of water that shot over the door into the bathroom and into the window covering. Would it stop us from staying there again? No. Was it irritating? Yes. We also didn't like the pillows. They were very flat and needed 2-3 to make a decent pillow.
