Muito agradável e confortável. Recomendo.
Pros:

Gostei muito da estadia. O hotel é muito agradável, confortável e bem cuidado. A equipa foi sempre muito simpática e prestável desde o primeiro contacto, tornando a experiência ainda mais positiva. Para um melhor contexto fica ao lado do Teatro D Maria. Muito perto da baixa , facilidade em andar a pé com metro nas proximidades. Pequeno almoço variado e saboroso. Voltarei com certeza.

Personeel was heel erg vriendelijk

Cons:

De koelkast op de kamer was kapot. We hebben dit gemeld, maar helaas werd er geen actie ondernomen. Dat was jammer, vooral omdat het erg warm was en we daardoor geen koud water beschikbaar hadden. Verder was het verblijf prima, maar dit was wel een minpunt.

Me senti realmente FLH - " Feels Like Home "

Achei os funcionários muito educados e solícitos.
Hotel muito bem localizado, charmoso e realmente trás uma sensação de bem estar pelo conforto que oferece.
O café da manhã estava excelente na qualidade e diversidade de produtos oferecidos.

Heerlijk verblijf, erg sympathiek hotel!!
Pros:

Heerlijk bed, mooie schone kamer. Gezellige receptie/ lobby/ ontbijtruimte. Goed ontbijt met heerlijke koffie en de beste pastries, de hele dag door! En zeer vriendelijke medewerkers.

Cons:

Enige was dat de upgrade naar een deluxe kamer ons iets was tegengevallen, qua prijs-kwaliteit. Ik zou de volgende keer voor een standaardkamer gaan. En de ligging is perfect centraal gelegen al wordt wel geadviseerd om in de avond de buurt direct achter het hotel te vermijden. Op het plein waar het hotel aan ligt waren veel daklozen. Voor ons geen last, alleen erg schrijnend.

Pros:

Localização, atendimento dos funcionários, café da manhã.

Cons:

Fiquei hospedado no 4º andar e o elevador vai até o 3º. Tive que subir e descer um lance de escadas com a mala de 23kg.

Pros:

L'accoglienza è ottima e tutto lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Bella avere a disposizione al rientro in albergo dolcetti, acqua e caffè. Albergo pulito e ben tenuto all'inizio dei viali del centro.

Cons:

Uscendo dall'albergo e andando nella parte opposta al centro si finisce in una zona mal frequentata.
