Great affordable choice in Douala
Pros:

In that part of town and close to the airport I think this is the best option. Shuttle to the airport. Staff were super nice and patient with me, I didn't know how to start the airconditioner. Boulangetie downstairs. My review is biased because I had to cancel nights 2&3 and leave after one night and they gave me my money back, I will certainly stay there again, at the cost for it, this is an awesome option.

Cons:

Black tea available for breakfast would be nice

My 2 nights at Marriott Metropolitan Douala
Pros:

The facility was clean and comfortable. Some of the employees were bilingual both French and English. Environment was clean.

Cons:

Room was cleaned but towel was never changed and replaced. Some of the restaurant workers were very welcoming. Customer service needs to be improved. Limited parking.

Pas d'accès handicapé pour le transfert de la route vers l'hôtel. Obligé de monter les marche. Pas bien insonorisé
