Great rooms and comfortable stay, but the unhelpful staff made the experience disappointing.
Pros:

The rooms were excellent, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel itself was nice and the stay could have been much better because of the quality of the rooms.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel staff were not helpful at all. I had booked and fully paid for two rooms for three nights for four guests. I arrived late at around 7 AM, and when I requested single beds, they refused and said I arrived late, even though the rooms were already paid for and should have been prepared. They also gave us rooms on different floors and did not try to help us stay on the same floor. The service from the staff was disappointing.

لا انصح حتى بتجربة الفندق
Pros:

فندق اقل من عادي

Cons:

تم نقلي من غرفه الى غرفة اخرى بعد طلبي ، بسبب تهريب مياه في دورة الحمام.
تم سرقة اغراضي عند النقل للغرفة الاخرى، وطلبو مني التواصل مع الشرطة في حالات السرقة.
