كنت ابي امدد يوم لكن قالي الفندق فل ولازم تطلع بعدها نزلت له لقيت في غرف متوفره ومتاحه في موقع بوكنق ف مالقيت حل لتصرفه بانه يبني اسوي check out بسرعه وبعدها حجزت عن طريقه يوم زياده

الخدمة سيئة جداً جداً جدً + تعامل سئ من الاستقبال + عدم الرد على الهاتف بتاتاً + عدم الرد من الروم سيرفس والمطعم اكثر من مرة وقدمت شكوى لدى الاستقبال لكن دون جدوى واعتراف منهم بان هناك ضغط وخلل في المطعم وليس لديهم حل + قبل المغادرة انا من قمت بحمل الحقائب وانزالها وتحميلها للمركبة ولايوجد احد والكل يناضرنا بدون عمل اي شي = للاسف ادارة الفندق فاشلة ويرجي انقاذ الفندق قبل فوات الاوان = والله ماقوله شهيد

The worst stay ever so far, i paid extra for the view and view was some buildings.
my name was spelled wrong.
We booked and paid for two person but we received single items like bath rope.
Slow service.
