وصلت الفندق الساعه 10 صباحا وتواصلت مع موظفه الاستقبال مروه باني اريد الغرفه وطلبت مني الانتظار لساعه وسوف تكون جاهزه وانتظرت للساعة 12 بالاستقبال لاضياقه ولا استقبال مرحبا . وعلما انا نازل قطر بالسياره من الامارات وبلاخير تقولي لي الغرفه ستكون جاهزه الساعه 3 . علما هذي 4 مره انزل للفندق انا واخواني

The food, I didn't like the breakfast this is the worset breakfast in a hotel i had tried it. They do have only 8 dishes of hot food. Two dishes egs, bacon which was so bad, sausage, fried tomatoes,mashrom, beans, i cant remember the past one. However, I wished that i had a breakfast in anywhere instead of thr hotel, i thought it gonna be an amazing breakfast because i am in real five stars hotel but obviously its not. I tried the food in four star hotels and the experience was way far than this. Please try to improve the food quality, the best things was ghe fresh omlet egg and fresh orange juice. But are you sure i paid money just to have egg and orange juice?

The room was exceptional
Pros:

The room is excellent, the staff upon departure and arrival were excellent-Joseph needs a raise. He was exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. We checked-in late, and the hotel was still able to honor our requests.
