فندق اقتصادي متقشف - حجزت غرفة مطله على المسبح و لكن حصلت على غرفه مطله على مبنى مجاور و لم احصل على تعويض او حتى كوب عصير مجاني - الغرفة صغيرة جدا جداا و لا تناسب شخصين و لكن تناسب شخص منفرد- يوجد فنادق محاوره له افضل منه

سيئة جدا The worst hotel experience in Doha – absolute zero customer service

للأسف كانت تجربة سيئة جدا النظافة زيرو مافي اهتمام لطلبات النزيل غير مرنين في التعامل لدرجة اني طلبت late check out الساعه ٢ رفضوا وقالوا لازم نطلع الساعه ١٢ في حشرات في الغرفة وحتى lobby لازم يهتموا شوي ويكونوا ارقى شوي في التعامل
can confidently say this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Doha. The services were completely sub-par, and the overall management is highly disappointing
Cleanliness is clearly not given the proper attention, which is unacceptable for a hotel. As for customer care? It is completely lacking. The staff were highly uncooperative, unprofessional, and lacked the basic standards of hospitality. They fail to provide even the simplest, standard amenities that any regular hotel would offer.
I do not recommend staying here at all. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Save your money and book somewhere else
