My stay at Fairmont Doha was nothing short of exceptional. It was my first time visiting and I chose to celebrate my birthday there, which made the experience even more special.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. I was incredibly grateful to receive a complimentary upgrade from my Gold Room to a room with a beautiful view overlooking Raffles Doha. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday celebration even more memorable.

What impressed me the most was the kindness and genuine care shown by the team throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I injured my ankle during my trip, and every staff member I encountered was attentive, compassionate, and eager to assist. Their concern for my wellbeing and willingness to help made a difficult situation so much easier.

The level of service at Fairmont Doha is truly outstanding. The staff are professional, warm, and dedicated to creating an exceptional guest experience. I left feeling cared for, appreciated, and already looking forward to returning.

Thank you to the entire Fairmont Doha team for making my birthday stay so special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha.

My amazing stay at the Fairmont Doha
Pros:

It was a wonderfull stay, the best hôtel i stayed in my whole life actually. I would liketo thank especially Arij from Tunisia and from the breakfast. She has knew how to take care of me during my breakfast each morning. All the staff of the hotel were amazingly kind and helpful as well, such as Nada from the front desk!!

Cons:

The only inconvenience is the pool, idk how to explain, but I think it is too small maybe

Loved every moment of our stay, staff were excellent.
Pros:

Staff on point, very attentive, especially the security guard by the barriers - not sure what his name was but the slim, average/short (possibly Nigerian) male, honestly went above and beyond!!
