(a) All amounts expressed to be payable under a Finance Document by any Party to the Hotel which (in whole or in part) constitute the consideration for any supply for VAT purposes are deemed to be exclusive of any VAT which is chargeable on that supply & if VAT is or becomes chargeable on any supply made by the Hotel to any Party under a Finance Document and such Hotel is required to account to the relevant tax authority for the VAT, that Party must pay to such Hotel (in addition to and at the same time as paying any other consideration for such supply) an amount equal to the amount of the VAT (and Hotel must promptly provide an appropriate VAT invoice to that Party).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Not up to expectations to what I paid - overpriced
Pros:

Cleanliness, the breakfast quality was stupendous, the preparations done for my wife’s birthday and the organization was terrific and the restaurant staff were amazing and friendly and very accommodating for my child

Cons:

The housekeeping/reception take very long time to respond to our requests - I wanted the brithday preparations to be arranged prior but they were astonished that I had that request and I requested it three times, once before I check-in “and they didn’t reply to my message here on the bookings app”, one at the check-in itself and again the next day after I told them that I have requested it many times, also the communication between the reception and housekeeping seems very bad given that I have requested them to bring the housekeeping staff at some point to prepare the birthday but I found out that the preparations were done before the room is tidy, also the bathroom was having an issue with the bidet charger, the blinds were cut and was not covering the sun fully and the windows were not cleaned and my wife
I expected more honestly with the money I paid but value for money, it is definitely below expectations by a mile and the service was really disappointing on those aspects based solely on what I have paid, I almost felt that everything was just to rip money from you, even the quality of things were good
