(a) All amounts expressed to be payable under a Finance Document by any Party to the Hotel which (in whole or in part) constitute the consideration for any supply for VAT purposes are deemed to be exclusive of any VAT which is chargeable on that supply & if VAT is or becomes chargeable on any supply made by the Hotel to any Party under a Finance Document and such Hotel is required to account to the relevant tax authority for the VAT, that Party must pay to such Hotel (in addition to and at the same time as paying any other consideration for such supply) an amount equal to the amount of the VAT (and Hotel must promptly provide an appropriate VAT invoice to that Party).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

There are hotel stays, and then there are experiences that stay with you forever. My stay at Fairmont Doha was one of those unforgettable experiences.
From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every single detail reflected genuine hospitality, warmth, and professionalism. I stayed for two nights in the Grand Suite, and honestly, it exceeded every expectation I had. The suite was absolutely breathtaking, spacious, luxurious, beautifully designed, with an incredible sea view and a large balcony that became my favorite place to unwind. The serenity I experienced there made me feel as though I had traveled to a luxury resort in another country rather than enjoying a staycation in Qatar.
Like any guest, I had a few concerns initially regarding certain aspects of the room. What truly impressed me wasn’t that an issue existed, it was how exceptionally the team handled it. The moment my feedback reached them, they didn’t just resolve it; they completely transformed my experience.
A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Hussain, the Night Manager, whose professionalism, kindness, and sincere concern made all the difference. He went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and genuinely cared for.
A special appreciation also goes to Mr.Adonish, whose warmth and dedication truly reflected what exceptional hospitality should look like.
And my biggest gratitude goes to Mr. Ahmad, the manager of Cyra Restaurant. He was the one who noticed my concerns, took them seriously, and made sure they reached the right people immediately. His attentiveness, compassion, and commitment to guest satisfaction played a huge role in turning my stay into something extraordinary. That level of care is rare to find.
What touched me the most was that the team didn’t simply “fix a problem.” They genuinely wanted me to leave with beautiful memories, and they succeeded beyond words.
