Edificio nuevo sin ascensor con atención regular dependiendo del empleado

Las instalaciones son nuevas pero no tiene ascensor

La atención del muchacho, antes había una chica muy amable pero este joven me dio una habitación que ya estaba asignada, además de estar en el 5 piso cuando solicité en la reservación que no podía subir escaleras, sin embargo no quiso cambiarme de piso y aún cuando me asignó un habitación en uso, nunca me llevó la cobija que pedí ya que solo dan una delgada

Pros:

Nos guardaron el equipaje cuando dejamos el hotel

Cons:

Cocina sin utensilios, por lo que no se puede usar. Sillón sucio. Sabanas un poco rotas y sucias y mantas con manchas. Hacía frío y no había sistema de calefacción. A causa de que la limpieza no era adecuada, hacía que la estancia no fuera cómoda ni agradable. Mala ubicación, ni los conductores de Uber recomendaban caminar por ahí en la noche.

muy lindo, la atención de la muchacha es súper buena, queda muy cerca de todo, las habitaciones cómodas, amplias y limpias

Cons:

la zona de noche quizá no se ve tan segura
nunca supimos cómo abrir el agua caliente, la ponías y solo no salía fría
