Convenient for an overnight stay especially having good shuttle service and quiet rooms
Pros:

Free shuttlefrom airport and several food outlets nearby. Friendly and helpful frontdesk staff, breakfast included
Quite room despite proximity to motorway and main road etc

Cons:

Breakfast served on polystyrene plates with plastic cutlery. May save on having a dishwasher but not environmentally friendly nor nice to eat off/with etc

Pros:

property is great! clean and well maintained.

Cons:

when it came to the time of check-in, we weren’t allowed to check-in until 3:15. 15 minutes later after the time we were supposed to. the staff over not the best either.

Cons:

The breakfast was bad and not much to choose from. The price for the night was way too high, given that the other hotels were at an even higher price.
It’s loud, if not the planes than the highway or the AC.

The shuttle takes a while if get there after they leave 40mins. The ride back is prompt
Pros:

I was able to leave my things there to go out of town for the day and return for a full nights sleep and none of my things were stolen. That was a relief.

Comfortable and convenient

Pros:

I had a really good stay here. The location is very convenient, especially if you want to be close to the airport. There’s literally everything you need nearby — restaurants, pharmacies, and other shops.

Downtown Chicago is also not too far, around 22 minutes by car. The hotel itself is quiet, comfortable, and a great place to relax. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist.

Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend it!
