Beste Lage, sehr gutes Hotel, zuvorkommendes Personal, leider ein sehr einseitiger Gästemix !
Pros:

Die großzügige Suite mit großer Terrasse und Blick auf Strand und Meer war wirklich toll. Dazu die perfekte Lage direkt am Strand. Das Personal - ob Rezeption oder Service - war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück für den Start in den Tag war i. O.
Die Unterkunft ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die gesamte Küste. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz stand direkt vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist Teil einer sehr großen Anlage, dass aus mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Unterkünften besteht. Es gehört zu einer internationalen Hotelgruppe und wird überwiegend von britischen Touristen als "All Inclusive" Aufenthalt genutzt.
Zu viele dieser jungen Gäste - meistens in Gruppen und schon tagsüber alkoholisiert - haben ein anders Verständnis von Urlaub. Die Rücksichtnahme auf Dritte gehört u. a. nicht dazu.
Das hat den insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck des Hotels und unseren eigenen Aufenthalt leider merkbar beeinträchtigt.

Noch eine Anmerkung zu den Zimmern: Mehr Steckdosen oder alternativ Mehrfachsteckdosen wären vorteilhaft .....

Lovely Vacation Place
Pros:

This was the best vacation spot with a beautiful ocean view room, 3 lovely pools, it was a great spot that is walking distance to the strip, love the beach and we had a blast! The staff were also asuper experienced and helpful. We had a memorable stay!

Superb location. Excellent staff. Amazing views of the ocean.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Lovely view of the ocean. Away from all the noise but still just a 5 min walk. The staff is exceptional. Very courteous, very friendly. They go out of their way to help in case you need anything. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The property is a little old. So you might feel that you are not in the right place. But once you spend sometime everything else covers up for it.

Absolutely the best experience myself and my wife have ever experienced in any hotel in Europe.

From the reception staff to the bar, food and cleaning team, they all work to a high level of customer service 👍

We booked a sea view room ,with Bed & Breakfast, and we were blown away by the view. Having a chat with Sheila, the reception manager, she asked why we decided to come to this hotel, and we explained that it was our anniversary.

Sheila surprised us with complimentary Champagne and a all Inclusive package .
It's an amazing gift.

Honestly, if I can ever show my appreciation, it's by promoting this amazing hotel.

You will not regret booking this hotel.
Beach is seconds away, fantastic beach bar, food is very good and the views are off the charts.

Definitely, without a doubt, we will come back

Soggiorno stupendo!
Pros:

L Hotel è situato in una posizione stupenda. L affaccio della nostra Suite direttamente sul mare. Piscina e diversi servizi a disposizione. Lo Staff sempre gentilissimo e accogliente.

Cons:

Se non hai voglia di fare Party, la notte, fino a mattina presto si sente musica e giovani che festeggiano.
Non proprio un problema, con i loop si risolve la questione😄

A gem of a hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and setting. I was upgraded to a 1 bedroomed apartment with a seaview. The terrace was massive and views amazing. It was also peaceful this side of the hotel, whereas other rooms had the potential of being noisy.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and high end.

Cons:

There were a lot of young men around the age of 18 -22 that hung around the pool area. They often took over the pool throwing the ball to each other which made it difficult for anyone else to swim without the danger of being hit by the ball.

Fantastic!!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Book it. Great location. On the beach. Staff fantastic. Room had huge balcony. Breakfast excellent with so much choice. Can’t fault it and will definitely be back. Roof top bar is beautiful. Reception staff so friendly . Was really a lovely experience. Well done to the management team

Excellent value for money with outstanding staff and a great overall experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was great, and the value for money was outstanding. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered most we needed for a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The pools were a bit small, and there was no gym or fitness center inside the hotel. However, these were minor issues and did not significantly affect our stay.

Pros:

Right on the beach, close to the strip and old town, as well as grocery stores. Hotel and rooms are nice, staff is amazingly helpful and courteous. Gratis munchies and sweets and champagne upon arrival. Resort restaurants were good, though geared a bit towards UK and northern Europeans so the food was sometimes a wee less flavorful than I’m used too. That’s a bit of a me problem, though. Beds were very comfy. Bathroom had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Sea biews from both sides of the unit. They took wonderful care of us and we would absolutely go back. Oh, the area is becoming quite the party spot for 20-30 somethings, so we did enjoy a bit of late night singing and silliness.
