Everything was amazing
Pros:

Amazing view of the mountains. We loved having breakfast in our balcony facing the mountains

Cons:

They were so nice although I would like the receptionist to be a little bit more happy welcoming ppl. It’s always nice to receive an smile :)

La habitación no estaba completamente limpia, la cama no tenía frazadas (pasamos mala noche por el frío intenso) y el desayuno que estaba incluido no fue bueno.... no tenía todo lo que ofrecieron y la atención no fue la mas eficiente en el momento..... tuvimos que ir a desayunar a otro lado

Lovely place, seven minutes from the main square
Pros:

A really good place to stay in this pretty town, being clean and tidy, well furnished and having nice views - yet also good value. I’m surprised by some less-positive reviews on this site - I can’t see how this doesn’t merit a thumbs up.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit drab, but that seems fairly typical in Peru.

The star rating and photos misrepresent the hotel . Otherwise quite pleasant .
Pros:

The main reason I chose the hotel was because of the photos and 3 star rating . Both fell short . Otherwise , if the hotel hadn’t misrepresented itself it was very pleasant place to stay . 🌟

Calm place and comfortable clean rooms.
Pros:

Very clean room and with proper shower with good amount of hot water. Good bedlinen and bed. Kind and discreet staff.

Cons:

Apartment has kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge etc., but no cutlery nor glasses, plates or kettles. So, we couldn’t cook anything.
