Great place in Grindelwald!
Pros:

Location was great. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The breakfast staff were so nice.

Cons:

No AC. It was manageable while we were there (end of May) but I can't imagine summer. Especially if you have someone smoking on the balcony beneath you. I'd stay here again though. This is not a negative review just trying to be informative.

I would stay in the same hotel again
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, very convenient and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help.

They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and local attractions, helped guide us throughout our stay, and even provided discounts for some activities, which we really appreciated.

One night we returned late and had forgotten to take the key before leaving (after reception hours), but the staff were extremely helpful and quickly arranged access for us by placing the key in a secure location and clearly guiding us on how to enter.

Their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Welcoming & comfortable stay
Pros:

Very helpful reception and availability for leaving bags prior to check-in, although there is also lockers at the train station nearby.

Cons:

Unfortunately restaurant not open Saturday or Sunday when we were there (May), although there are plenty options nearby.
