We are so glad we picked Hotel Hirschen!
Pros:

A Perfect Stay in Grindelwald with Unforgettable Views! My wife and I stayed at Hotel Hirschen for three nights from May 23 to May 26, and we highly recommend it. The location is superb, right in the center of the main strip and close to everything. The staff at both reception and in the dining room were fantastic - incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Inside, the decor is tasteful and beautifully rustic, creating a cozy and authentic alpine atmosphere.Every morning started with a wonderful, traditional breakfast buffet that offered plenty of variety. A true highlight of our trip happened right from our balcony one morning, where we were lucky enough to watch local farmers herding their cows out to pasture. What an absolute treat!We had a marvelous experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Grindelwald.

Really good place to stay with family.
Pros:

Really close to train station and entertainments, cute hotel and good breakfast.

The only thing I have to complaint is no iron for the clothes.

Cons:

The location was excellent, but I was disappointed that the hotel room had no view at all. I had been hoping to enjoy the beautiful scenery, so that was a letdown. In addition, there were large numbers of flies throughout the areas between Grindelwald and Jungfraujoch, which made the overall experience less enjoyable. As a result, I found the destination itself somewhat disappointing despite its natural beauty.

Extraordinary stay
Pros:

Very nice room with good views from the balcony. What surprised me is that even single bed rooms had huge balconies. They have a hot & cold water station at the entrance & also provide access to microwave till 10pm. The staffs are so helpful, polite, warm & very professional. Would definitely go back. Hotel is 3 minutes walk from the Grindelwald station & also has luggage storage options. The area is very safe & the rooms are soundproof. I didn't face any disturbances whatsoever.

Great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

There was no fridge (which would have been helpful since some places to eat close early) and the AC wasn't very powerful. Also breakfast isn't served until 7:30 and there was no coffee maker in the room.
