Hôtel décevant en raison de la piscine qui n’est pas à la hauteur. Du coup rapport qualité/prix décevant
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal et face à la plage, beau jardin, les transats à disposition devant la plage (même s’il est dommage que certains se permettent de poser leur serviettes de plage dessus alors qu’ils ne viennent à la plage de 2/3h après…). Le prêt de masque, tuba, palmes, chaussures. On nous a proposé un petit souvenir avant de partir. Laverie disponible.

Cons:

La piscine : on a eu beau nous dire que c’est une piscine à l’eau de mer qui ne donne absolument pas envie. D’ailleurs, à aucun moment nous n’avons vu un client de l’hôtel dedans. Elle doit manquer de filtration, on dirait de l’eau stagnante. En fait, la moitié de l’eau est renouvelée chaque matin avec l’eau de mer, mais il n’y a ensuite aucune filtration pendant toute la journée. L’eau est verte.

On nous a refusé à deux reprises de l’eau au petit déjeuner sous prétexte qu’on avait choisi l’assiette de fruits. Pourtant ça n’a rien à voir.

Le fait qu’il n’y ait qu’un seul drap sur les lits, pas de plaid, dessus de lit ou autre.

The worst and dirtiest hotel I ve ever been !

Cons:

Extremely dirty. The bathroom was filthy. Lime invasion on the wall and towels. Seaweed on the floor. Super noisy ! When the upper client was walking the wall and the windows trembled! The personal was not nice. Not caring. The worst was the pool. Dirty green. Like a dump. No one dared to swim there. There was a fish in the pool! And this place was so pricey. Horrible breakfast too.

Super Lage an tollem Strand mit Salzwasserpool
Pros:

Super Lage an einem tollen Sandstrand, von welchem man direkt aus zum Schnorcheln starten kann. Schildkröten haben wir bei jedem Schnorchelgang gesehen. In der Umgebung gibt es super viele Restaurants und Bars.

Cons:

Der Salzwasserpool ist definitiv eine Frage des Geschmacks.

Great small hotel at the beachfront, ideal for families and couples alike.
Pros:

Very nice location right on the beach and snorkeling on the house reef. We liked the location and garden setting of this smaller hotel along the beach. With 3 breakfast options to choose from and breakfast served in the garden from 7:30am onwards it was very convenient to start
the day and even be able to catch early morning activities.
The rooms are very spacious and so are the bathrooms. Beds are comfy and all rooms have a nice furnished terrace overlooking the garden.
Some evenings the owner, some staff and some guests would gather at the bar for drinks and making music - wonderful!

Cons:

Some of the facilities are a bit dated and could benefit from refurbishing (eg mosquito shields in the bathrooms and bedroom). Staff repeatedly forgot to clean our room or take out the bathroom bin even with the ‘please make up my room’ sign out but was always very friendly and helpful to resolve when asked.

Traumhafte Lage, aber die Zimmer brauchen dringend ein Update!
Pros:

• Top Lage & Strand: Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut unschlagbar. Der Strand ist ein Traum und direkt vor der Tür.

• Super Ausblick: Der Blick aus unserem Zimmer war einfach herrlich – das war jeden Tag ein echtes Highlight.

• Ausstattung: Ein großer Pluspunkt ist, dass jedes Zimmer sowohl mit einem Ventilator als auch mit einer funktionierenden Klimaanlage ausgestattet ist.

Cons:

• Zustand der Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind leider spürbar in die Jahre gekommen. Hier müsste dringend mal renoviert werden.

• Schlafkomfort: Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem, was den Erholungsfaktor nachts ziemlich geschmälert hat.
• Ausstattungsmängel: Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat seine besten Zeiten definitiv hinter sich und lief nicht mehr optimal.

• Gastronomie: Das Frühstück war okay, auf Dauer aber etwas zu einseitig. Da fehlt es ein bisschen an Abwechslung.

Great location. Snorkel off the beachHigh to mid tides) ; walk up 200 mtrs and drift down we saw turtles most days. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Good value for money. Good salt water swimming pool and longers on the beach.

BYO snorkeling gear. On site is poor. One staff change. Otherwise great but ageing.
Pros:

breaky like the rest of rural Indo. Nice to meet the Aussie owner and speak to him. Staff in general lovely. location next to beach. close enough and far enough from the busiest.

Cons:

one staff memebr. perhaps eldest, heaviest male. Not very patient or courteous with follow up enquiry. Comes with age, I have it too, but I don't do his job. ruined an otherwise overall staff interaction. Younger staff more polite. Owner more intelligent.

Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist geradezu fantastisch. Meeresblick, Blick auf den Rinjani/Lombok, Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer/Rinjani (Blick nach Westen), Sonnenuntergangsstimmung über Lombok. Frühstück ca 20 m vom Meer, landestypisches Snack/Abendessen am gleichen Ort möglich, Bar mit Fruchtsäften/Kokosnuss und auch Alkoholika, so man will. Hoteleigene Liegen direkt am Sandstrand, Riff mit ausgezeichneten Schnorchelmöglichkeiten (Korallen, vielfältigste, farbenprächtige Fischwelt, Schildkröten ...). All das war traumhaft. Die Anlage des Hotels (Bungalows und zweistöckige Doppelhäuser) mit der Bepflanzung und dem Pool sind harmonisch und schön. Vogelstimmen, Hahnenschrei (und der Muezzin) wecken einen morgens. Das Frühstück ist standardisiert (Tee/Kaffee, Eierspeisen, geröstetes Brot und Frücht/Früchtsäfte), aber lecker. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Managers und des Personals war toll. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!

Cons:

Es gab tatsächlich kaum etwas zu kritisieren. Kleiner Problemchen wurden vom Personal sofort angegangen und gelöst.
