Disappointing to say the least. Do not come here if you are not fit and able to walk up steep driveway and lots of stairs. We paid top rates for a partial Seaview. The room itself very nice and looked modern, bed was comfortable , the balcony was good and had a great view.
Issues were that the loft from level 3’was out of order due to supposed maintenance however I suspect it may have been out of order for some time. I had experienced an unfortunate fall prior to arriving and did not enjoy uneven and treacherous stairs for three flight to reach the top level. Upon check in we were not advised of the lift and it really impacted on our stay. Another issue is the smell of sewerage permeating throughout the hotel which was also apparent in our room at times, including when trying to sleep. The television does not work for live tv and I couldn’t work out how to login to Netflix so YouTube was the only option. The breakfast offered freshly made eggs and a coffee machine coffee - aside from that not much to choose from but enough I guess. Pool looked grimy to me. We were able to negotiate a late checkout as we had a night flight - we were told this would be 500 baht but I argued saying we should be compensated for the difficulties with elevator ‘maintenance’ and advised we wouldn’t have stayed if we had known in advance.
The hotel appears to have potential however it was far below what I expected.

Terrible hotel. Don’t go. Banging noise all night because roof shingle loose in the wind banging loud noise. I ask for 500 baht to compensate me for my laundry bill and they do nothing. The manager not there of course to front desk boy gave me a free soda lol

The property excellent. We were a group of about 15 women. The hotel team has gone out of their way to make us comfortable and ensure we have a good stay. The food was very nice, the rooms excellent, and we loved the pool. The location of the property is quite good too. It’s very close to the beach. All in all, we had a great stay.

Very comfortable, the rooms are really nice. Food is great. Nice location. Very clean and very well kept. If i ever visit phuket again, i will stay at this resort only.

I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel recently. The room was clean and inviting and had modern amenities to make my stay comfortable and the service of the staff is amazing .

I stayed at Amalthea with my family in June 2023 for a week. I was absolutely amazed by the property and how courteous the staff was as well as it’s central location! We had a pool facing room. The rooms are extremely spacious and well maintained with beautiful interior. We even loved the food at the hotel’s restaurant’Dhaba’ and actually chose to stay in for their Thai menu occasionally! The staff, Pat and Remote were absolutely lovely and helped us with everything and even helped us understand how to get around in Pa Tong. The General Manager, Mr. Srikant greeted us at our arrival and even came to see us when we were leaving. Amalthea is a must stay for families and friends, with their thought out and beautiful property planning and management. I will definitely be returning soon!

The hotel is amazing... We had a great stay at Amalthea hotel.. The food is really tasty.. nice service.. the hotel is near the beach.. Highly recommended .. lovely place to stay.... The staffs are really friendly

One of the best hotel I've been in Thailand ! I stayed for 3 days and I'll book again if I come back to Patong.
The staff were polite and very welcoming. Great breakfirst and very tasty indian food on the menu.
The hotel is beautiful, comfortable room (amazing city/sea view) and very clean place !
I chose this hotel to be in the center of Patong since is pretty close to the beach and Bangla Road. Lots of food markets around... so happy about my stay - I highly recommend !

The Hotel was just excellent!
It's just opened and everything was great.
I can't say a single thing I had missed during our short stay.
Specially the staff was very attentive and very nice.

The Best BnB Hotel in the Location and Hospitality at it's best, Guest Friendly Staff.
Food is also reasonable and prices are also compared to rest are kept at it's best

I was with my family in March first'week. The experience was fantabulous. The staff was great and very helpful. The Gourmet was superb different cuisines flavoured perfectly. Mr. Sreekant was very helpful and we felt at home away from home. Ambience was great. Music lively and rooms very comfy. The best place to stay.

What an amazing hospitality 🥂 Hotel is located very closely to the most popular Patong beach and in the right center of the most happening place in Phuket market like Otup, Bangla road etc. are just a walking distance. Best part is if you are a fond of Indian cuisine.. I can bet that no other hotel serves the Indian food better than Amalthea. Kudos to the chef Kedar and the team. Very polite and cooperative staff, spacious room with amazing view and a beautiful pool at the recreation area with pool table and kids rooms. What else I can ask for when in Phuket on Holidays 😊
