Cons:

The hotel has a modern design, but in many cases it prioritizes technology over practicality. In the rooms, nearly everything is controlled through digital touch panels, including the lights, curtains, and air conditioning. While this may look sophisticated, I found it unnecessarily complicated and frustrating to use. Simple tasks such as adjusting the lighting or opening the curtains often required navigating controls that were not intuitive.

Another downside was the heavy use of fragrance diffusers throughout the property. The scent was extremely strong and omnipresent, from the common areas to other parts of the hotel. Rather than creating a pleasant atmosphere, it became overwhelming and detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.

The swimming pool is also somewhat misleading. It looks attractive in photographs, but in reality it is more decorative than functional. It is not a pool where one can comfortably swim or spend much time enjoying the facilities.

As for the service, the staff were polite and well-intentioned, but at times their approach felt overly scripted and patronizing. Instead of focusing on resolving issues, they often spent time explaining obvious procedures or hotel policies in excessive detail. Experienced travelers are generally looking for efficient solutions rather than lengthy explanations, and a more attentive, customer-focused approach would improve the guest experience.
