Disappointing Check-In Experience
Pros:

Our stay was excellent overall—the rooms, location, amenities, and staff were all deserving of a 10/10. However, our check-in experience was disappointing and unfortunately affected our first impression.
We fully understand that early check-in depends on room availability. However, after arriving from a long international journey, it was frustrating to see several guests who arrived after us receive their rooms while we continued waiting for hours. It appeared that guests with higher room categories were prioritized, while those of us with standard rooms were left behind. If room category affects check-in priority, this should be communicated clearly in advance.
As Asian travelers, we couldn’t help but wonder if we were being treated differently. We sincerely hope that wasn’t the case, but the lack of communication and transparency made us feel overlooked. Every paying guest deserves the same courtesy, professionalism, and respect, regardless of room category or background.
To the hotel’s credit, they made a genuine effort to recover the situation, and we appreciate that. Aside from the check-in experience, everything else about our stay was wonderful. Had it not been for that disappointing start, this would have been a perfect stay.

Pros:

Die Lage, wer gerne etwas zu Fuß geht, kann die Plaka, Agora, Akropolis, sowieso den Syntagmaplatz und auch das Nationalmuseum für Archäologie gut erreichen. Die Dachterrasse mit Pool und Ausblick auf die Akropolis für eine kleine Erholung zwischendrin war schon fein, das Restaurant nebenan auch.

Conveniently located in downtown Athens, but must pay for pool and "valet" parking!
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the beds were really comfortable, and the room size was decent.

Cons:

I am a paying customer at the hotel and in order to use the pool I would of had to make a reservation and pay a fee per person and I had to pay 35 euros a night for "valet" parking. I am already paying a lot of money to stay here, I should not have to pay extra to use the pool or for my car to be parked right outside the building in a parking spot. We were on the first floor and it you could hear all the street noise ALL night long.

מיקום מעולה, מלון מעוצב יפה, חדרים מהממים, צוות נעים ושירותי. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת. הבריכה ממש יפה. רוב האורחים ישראלים, אז זה לטוב ולרע, מצד אחד כיף מצד שני יש כאלה שמעדיפים להתנתק מישראלים בחופשה שלהם בחו"ל. אנחנו מאוד אהבנו את המלון וממליצים עליו בחום

הדבר היחיד שלא אהבנו זה שצריך לעשות הזמנה כדי להיות בבריכה, והזמנים בבריכה מוגבלים ל3 שעות. למשל צריך לשריין מיטה מ 12:00 עד 15:00 וכאלה. אם לא משריינים מקום בבריכה אי אפשר להכנס

Loved the location, the breakfast and the cleaning staff. Maybe hotel should install sound proof for certain guest room

Cons:

The loud disco noise from the roof top restaurant lasted every night until past 1AM. It was impossible to rest. Stayed here for 3 nights, every night I can hear the loud disco from my room. The breakfast host should be more attentive.
