Great place to be
Pros:

The location is fantastic and the hotel is quiet especially in courtyard.
The hotel staff is so friendly and many thanks to Ayoub at the front office desk for your service and professionalism.

المرافق Top والنظافه ‏Top والتعامل ‏Top ، تعامل الموظفه منال والاخ ايوب راقي جداً بشوشين اخلاق عاليه ، الافطار كان جيد جداً

مكان الفندق سيء جداً مقابل انه 4 ستار ، حيث انه غالي مقابل انه مطل على شارع قديم جداً وازعاج لانه كان هناك امام الاطلاله بناء معمار جديد وازعاج الدركتل والشاحنات صباحاً كل يوم

La Pulizia della camera punteggio molto alto

Cons:

La colazione pessima,a mio parere dovrebbero cambiare, la pasticceria da colazione non esisteva ,varie tipi di dolci al cioccolato,poi ho chiesto un caffè ristretto al cameriere direttamente alla macchina ma mi ha mandato al prendere quello all’americana..anche un sorriso ogni tanto..se si puo’..

L'hôtel est très bien placé ! La chambre était spacieuse et propre

Cons:

À l'arrivée, la réception nous a demandé de payer un tarif plus élevé que prévu à la réservation ceux qui semblait volontaire et après vérification le montant a été rectifié

La hostelería me pareció mejorable, el desayuno sobre todo.
Se escucharon ruidos de arrastrar muebles desde muy temprano en la mañana hacia las 6am

Perfect
Pros:

The staff are just awesome definitely 10+++
Especially Manal and Ayoub went over and above to make sure everything was perfect. Breakfast was perfect with lots of options also restaurant staff was great.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren unfassbar freundlich und haben einen vom Check in bis zur Fahrt zum Flughafen in allem unterstützt was ging. Das Hotel hat einen guten Hygiene Standard und alles was man benötigt. Großes Dankeschön an Manal und Amine, die mir meine Abreise erleichtert haben.

Gutes Frühstück und gute Lage

Cons:

Beim Checkin wollte der Mitarbeiter mir das gebuchte Zimmer nicht geben. Er meinte er hat keine Zimmer frei und ich würde nur das Standard Zimmer erhalten. Normalerweise kenne ich es so das wenn etwas nicht gibt man ein gratis Upgrade bekommt auf das Zimmer. Für das verfügbare Zimmer wollte er jedoch eine neue Buchung sodass ich es bezahle. Da wir spät und nach Mitternacht hatten hat man mir somit keine Wahl gelassen. Entweder in ein Standard Zimmer obwohl ich das nicht gebucht und bezahlt habe oder ich soll doch es selbst bei booking stornieren und eine Buchung über der Rezeption buchen. Für mich wirkt das wie einen Trick um mehr Profit zu nehmen. Ich blieb stur und man merkte dann das die einen Fehler gemacht haben. Am nächsten Morgen entschuldigte sich die Managerin selbst bei mir für das schlechte Erlebnis
