Pros:

A mon arrivée, ils avaient remarqué que mon jour d’arrivée coïncidait avec mon anniversaire et m’ont laissé une assiette de délicieuses pâtisseries accompagnée d’un petit mot. Merci Manal et Salima pour cette belle surprise et cette attention qui fait toute la différence ❤️

Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Le personnel était très accueillant, souriant et disponible. L’emplacement est également très pratique.
Le petit-déjeuner était bon et varié. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme et la qualité du service.

Pros:

C’est la 4eme ou la 5eme fois dans cet hotel et franchement je suis très content du qualité, soit du personnel ou d’hotel en terme d’organisation et coordination entre les équipes.
Le personnel est formidable et toujours à l’écoute , une mention spéciale aux équipe de la réception

IT USED TO BE NICE - NOW BUDGET HOTEL TO "AVOID"
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel tens of nights over a number of years. The hotel was new a few years ago,, kept clean and good standards. There has been absolutely no investment since. The room was dirty, the towels were DIRTY AND HAD STAINS ON and the staff behaviour was unacceptable. I was going to stay for a week but checked out after first night.

Cons:

1) The room was dirty
2) The TOWELS HAD STAINS ON and I asked them to be replaced which they did the next day. On doing so they were rude
3) The windows were filthy
4) The breakfast was limited
5) Even though I paid for breakfast they wanted to charge me for tea during breakfast - really!
6) Staff behaviour was incorrect. Really unacceptable I do not want to point out specific person as that's unkind to do on a publicly available platform. Happy to discuss with management if they want to email me.
