We LOVED our stay. Our host Diego and his team was accommodating, kind and quick to respond to any of our needs. I had an issue with the safe and hair dryer and they resolved it quickly and professionally. I felt really cared for! It was safe, large, comfortable (those beds were incredible) - everything we needed to enjoy our time in Mexico City.

Fácil acceso, llego pronto la persona que nos entregó el Depa. Durante toda la estancia se escuchaba un ruido continuo de un motor. Si eres sensible a sonidos para dormir, te incomodará. Ese fue mi caso. La 2da noche me coloque unos tapones de oídos que dejaron en la habitación. Falta retoques pequeños de pintura, y algunas decoraciones ..que lo harían mucho mejor. Pedimos secadora de cabello, nos atendieron el msj por Wapp pero jamás llegaron. La puerta de una habitación no cerraba con llave.

Cons:

Very noisy property, day and night. Loud barking dogs all hours of the day and night. From the room perspective, shower head was broken and not functioning correctly. The bed was very squeaky and noisy. I assume it was an old bed and mattress. I was disappointed I was told I could not have registered guests even though the property rules said I could. I wasn't sure what the real rule was concerning that.

Excellent location and well equipped apartment
Pros:

The apartment was exactly as on the website. A suggestion for improvement is that it needs to be cleaned well. It was well equipped and comfortable. The bed was comfy. The drinking water tap was appreciated. The kitchenette is helpful. The location is close to bars, restaurants and cafes. You can walk to paseo de la reforma and Chapultepec castle. The historic centre is a short Uber ride away. Kukun was excellent with communication. They responded promptly to our request for a few more towels and a blanket. This property is a great value.

Pros:

Easy and welcoming check-in, clean quiet studio, well-kept-up indoor one lane lap pool that looks about 40 yards long (seriously, I did my workouts in it). It's a condo building, so no café, but there is one right next door and many more in the immediate area. No AC, like most Mexico City bldgs, but openable windows w no street noise.

Great location.

Cons:

Front desk not helpful, uncomfortable bed, shower did not drain--took four days for host to fix it. Difficult to use gym. No AC and unit was very hot. Bed smelled like some guys old cologne. Coffee table had broken leg. Scented toilet paper was bad.

Really happy with my stay
Pros:

Very nicely located with a lot if restaurants and shops around, yet really quiet place

Cons:

I was given only 2 big towels. That just wasn’t enough for me as I have a long hair and the hand towel was entirely missing. I was staying alone, for two people that would be even more difficult

Serviceable accommodations in a great area
Pros:

It was nice that there was a pool, gym, and pool table. The elevator was great, though it wasn't working a few times. The security staff was nice.

Cons:

The table in our room was missing a leg and propped up poorly, the fridge opened into the galley kitchen so you had to squeeze in a small gap to have access, and the bed and couch were not very comfortable.
