Pros:

We had a really lovely stay and were very happy with our experience. Everything was exceptionally clean, quiet and very well maintained. The quality of the furnishings and amenities was excellent, and the room had everything we needed. We stayed in a King Suite with City View.
The location of the hotel itself is also excellent – Cuba Street, Te Papa and Courtenay Place are all within easy walking distance, and there is a large, well-stocked supermarket just around the corner.
We also really appreciated the complimentary drinks and fruit available in the lobby – such a nice little extra!
Whenever we had a question or needed something, the staff responded immediately and were always friendly and helpful.
The only small thing we felt could have made the experience even better would have been a little more personal interaction from the front desk team. Everyone was helpful and professional, but at times the interaction felt a little reserved. A smile, a friendly “How was your day?” or simply a little more engagement with guests would have added an even warmer and more welcoming touch.
Overall, we had a great stay and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

They offer coffee and other extras as part of the room cost - but starting at 7.00am.
I needed to find a cafe for breakfast around that time - coffee at 6.30am would have worked for me.
