Pros:

Great location . Clean rooms.

Cons:

Don’t accept room 003. The noise from a pump outside the room is constant and disturbing. I had to request a room change at 10pm due to the noise.

Some of the reception staff were response. Others not.

There was a drain smell in the room, definitely coming from the bathroom/laundry. Noticeable arriving after the room was shut up all day

The stay was awesome! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great facilities. The location is perfect right in the heart of the city with easy walk-in access to nearby amenities, restaurants, and shops. It’s also within walking distance to the beachside view, which made the stay even better.

Great stay at Tryp, Wellington
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at Tryp. We traveled with friends and our accommodation was excellent. Beds and room were very comfortable and clean. Staff were attentive and nothing was any trouble. Located within a few minutes walk to Te Papa, excellent eateries and shopping.
We would definitely stay again next time we're in Wellington.

Highly Recommend
Pros:

Amazing service, beautiful room, comfy bed, awesome shower.
Accepted booking at short notice after an issue with the original accomodation we booked, allowed early check in and didnt charge extra to do so.
They were super accommodating in the middle of a really stressful situation.
