We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.
The close proximity to the market is very convenient.
The aircon of this room is not working, After attended by the staff twice, they said they cannot solve the issue. Hotel was full on my 1st day of stay, and there is no room for me to swap. In the end, we are offered a fan. We cannot oprn the window, as it was very nosiy outside.
We are staying at level 2, and it was facing the back of the Queen Victoirial Market. It was very nosiy even until late at night. Those people talking/shouting at the street can be clearly heard.
We end up never sleep well for the 2 nights stay.
飯店的位置超棒，就在維多莉亞市場附近，旁邊還有很多特色的咖啡廳。距離市中心也不會太遠（走路大概十幾分鐘），如果你是想要專注玩市中心的人非常適合！飯店人員非常好，而且退房或提前入住都可以寄放行李（不是隨便放在大廳，而是有專門的房間），讓人覺得很安心且有保障。公共設備非常完善（雖然我沒有使用到），維護得非常好，房間的也打掃得非常乾淨，入住體驗非常愉快，下次一定還會選擇這間！
電梯因為在櫃檯的後方，雖然需要刷卡才能上樓，但是某次跟我一起搭乘的男士沒有刷卡，只是打給他的朋友就直接跟我一起上樓了。但因為在櫃檯後方，所以櫃檯也沒能注意到，這一點當時讓我滿警惕的。
Great location. Basic hotel with basic amenities. Pool was excellent. Parking access thru lift and using key card can be frustrating it kept deactivating during our stay. Staff are just ok except Paulina who exceeded my expectation for an average staff. Over all stay is good and might come back due to being close to Queen Victoria Market.

loud guests in the hall banging on doors at 2:30am, locked out of their rooms. disturbed sleep and when brought up with staff they just apologies but didn’t offer anything even though i’m a return guest and have recommended this hotel to many friends and family.

Size was a bit small
Comfy, clean and so central. The cafes and restaurants around the hotel alone were so good!!! And how lucky to be across from the market, where you could pick up a nice gourmet platter dinner + wine.
