The hotel is located right next to Queen Victoria Market, which means there are plenty of food options within walking distance. It was very convenient to grab a meal, coffee, or snacks throughout the day.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to come back to after a day of exploring Melbourne.
One of our favourite things about the hotel was the spacious and comfortable lobby area. There were plenty of seating options for guests who wanted to work (with lots of power outlets available), relax (there's a café/bar in the lobby), or simply spend some time outside their rooms.
The hotel also has a laundry room, which was very convenient, especially for longer stays.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.

The rooms were well appointed and spotlessly clean. It’s opposite the Queen Vic market so location is excellent but it’s also nice and quiet.

Hay buen espacio en la cocina para poder cocinar o guardar cosas de cocina, pero solamente un tubo y unos cuantos ganchos para colgar ropa. No hay ningún cajón o repisa para guardar ropa.
Convenient location, good sized, comfortable rooms. We liked that the room had a wee kitchenette so we could save some money on eating out.
We didn’t like having the view of an office, was a bit awkward when we’re in our room relaxing from having big days walking around Melbourne and there’s people working right across the alleyway. Plus the customer service could be improved. I had emailed the property asking questions about the stay, still haven’t had a reply. The hotel doesn’t also provide a sharps disposal bin which is beyond us considering all hotels should have one for safe disposal of used medical sharps/needles, especially as a Hotel Duty Manager myself, the service was pretty poor.
Best location if you’re a foodie! This property is located directly across the laneway to Queen Vic Markets, and features a 24hr gym and pool, a cozy lobby, a tonne of laneway cafes including the Melbourne cult classic St. Ali and a stunning bakery named Publique in the lane between the hotel.

Room was so chic and modern, I loved this stay as we enjoy the cafe and resturants and the markets nearby.
As we travel with the coach from Sydney to Southern Cross Station frequently this is easy to get to and the price is right also!
Friendly staff and location
Easy process, clear instructions, employees were friendly and approachable. The room was much bigger than the photos, and they were able to provide a roll-away bed for a third person (with a fee). The beds overall were extremely comfortable and clean. Bathroom and kitchenette were beautifully tidy and clean. 10/10 would come back again. Heated pool, nice gym facilities.

Location is amazing, hotel is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room has everything you need. Tram is at the end of the street and plenty of food and coffee options close by.
