Lovely hotel opposite Queen Vic Markets
Pros:

Great location, clean and comfortable

Cons:

It is a lovely hotel but I feel they are letting it get a bit tired eg the rooms and facilities

Pros:

I cracked my window open at night. By 10pm on a weekend night, you could hear a pin drop it was so quiet! It was wonderful. A cool breeze and birds chirping in the morning. Pedestrian friendly city and hotel is in a great location just steps from the queen Victoria market and anywhere else you want to go. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Close to trams and market, amazing restaurant area, pool lovely, quiet ax a mouse a/c and fan in bathroom, amazing kitchen facilities to cook. Great hotel!

Location. Next to Queen Victoria Market is something unbeatable.

Cons:

For similar price, this place is smaller than apartment around QVM. However the price gap is compensated by 24 hours reception and lite housekeeping

Nice stay with convenient location
Pros:

Nice hotel with an excellent location with the QVM very close by. We stayed here for 7 nights for our honeymoon.
Bedding was comfy and the room had a nice kitchenette with a good range of cookware and cooking utensils. The room had an Nespresso machine with complimentary pods which is something we always love when we travel! The complimentary laundry room is very convenient and nice to have with longer stays. Overall we had a pleasant stay

Cons:

There were a few dried up stains on the quilt on the bed and the Nespresso machine started to leak lots of water after only 1 use of it.
