Pros:

Desde que entré el personal del hotel fue muy amable. El hall del hotel es muy bonito y olía muy bien. La cama era muy cómoda, las vistas desde el balcón espectaculares y el desayuno exquisito.

Cons:

El transfer para el aeropuerto es un poco caro, un taxi de la calle son 20JOD con ellos son 25 JOD si pagas en cash al taxista o 35 JOD si es un coche privado y puedes pagar con tarjeta.

Nice stay in Amman / Downtown!
Pros:

It was my second stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised this time because I was assigned a larger room even though I hadn’t booked one. That was definitely a nice upgrade.

Due to the tense situation in the Middle East, my return flight was cancelled. As a result, I asked if it would be possible to cancel my second night free of charge since I no longer needed it and was finally able to leave the country. Instead, the hotel offered me a complimentary taxi transfer and a credit of 25 JOD to use in the hotel’s restaurant/bar. I found this to be very considerate and absolutely fair, and I really appreciated the gesture.

Cons:

I think the cleanliness should be checked a bit more carefully before the rooms are assigned to guests. Other than that, everything was fine, but a little more attention to detail in this area would improve the overall experience.

Pros:

Great location.
Kind, welcoming reception.

Cons:

Cleaning is not 100%. Dirty curtains and rug. I did not feel being in a clean hotel room.
Materials are great, it seems they put a lot of money into renovation, burbishment. Just it needs more cleaning and maintenance.

Pros:

Great communication, great location close to rainbow street and all the sights, great decor in both room and reception. Rooftop bar was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel

Cons:

The restaurant could have been a bit better re options but to be fair there’s so much on your doorstep why would you eat there
