Estancia Ok pero no amazing!
Pros:

Buena posición, cerca a una estación de transporte público y a 10 minutos a pie de los lugares de interés para visitar.
Desayuno 8/10. No tan malo pero podrían mejorarlo.
La atención de la señora que está en el desayuno fue muy buena.

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento a las instalaciones.
El servicio del personal durante la noche no fue bueno, mismo si te dicen que es 24h. La cortina se estaba cayendo, llamamos para que revisaran el inconveniente, para evitar cualquier incidente, nunca llegó el de recepción.
Nos dijo que ya llegaba y nunca llegó.

Pros:

Небольшая уютная гостиница, отличное месторасположение: рядом остановка трамвая и метро, до набережной 8 минут пешком, до Султанахмет 12-15 минут. Мы были всего одну ночь, между рейсами решили погулять по Стамбулу и выспаться. Постель свежая и удобная, очень хороший завтрак!
Всем рекомендую гостиницу!

Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

The hotel is very central and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are only around a 9-10 minute walk away, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient.

Although the hotel is in such a central location, it is tucked away on a quieter side road, so we were away from a lot of the noise and crowds, which we really appreciated after spending the day exploring.

Public transport is also very convenient, with the tram station nearby and Eminönü ferry port only around a 8min walk away. From there, it was really easy to catch the ferry over to Kadıköy on the Asian side or to Karaköy to visit the Galata Tower and surrounding area.

The staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay and really made us feel welcome. A special mention to Ali, who was always helpful whenever we needed anything, and our lovely cleaner Nargis, who was always so kind, friendly and polite. We really appreciated the hospitality and had a lovely stay!

Sehr empfehlenswert - bereits zum zweiten Mal hier
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und überzeugt zugleich durch seine ausgezeichnete und zentrale Lage. Zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und interessante Plätze sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist hervorragend: Die Marmaray-Station Sirkeci ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet eine praktische Verbindung, insbesondere bei der Anreise vom Flughafen Sabiha Gökçen über die M4 und die Bahnlinie B1.
Das Hotel selbst ist neuwertig, modern und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Zimmer und allgemeinen Bereiche sind sehr gepflegt und ausgesprochen sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Personal, das stets um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht ist.
Das umfangreiche türkische Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und lässt keine Wünsche offen – ein sehr gelungener Start in den Tag.
Da ich bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel zu Gast war, kann ich es aus eigener Erfahrung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel felt new, the room was a great size, the daily cleaning was lovely to have, and the breakfast was delicious (it wasn’t the same everyday which was nice!). The location was great and a short walk to everything you need.

Great hotel with amazing service
Pros:

The hotel was in an amazing location and the staff went above and beyond to help you with your stay in Istanbul. We had laundry service organised that was good value and was done very quickly and folded on the same day.

Cons:

The air conditioning system seemed a bit annoying to operate. The cleaners would open the window in the room slightly which prevents the air conditioning system from operating. It worked once you close the window.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Istanbul
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage, nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück und ein netter Balkon. Kommen gerne hierher zurück!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ein bisschen arg klein. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Istanbul zum Stadt erkunden allerdings ausreichend.
