Poor customer service. Air-conditioning issue.

I am disappointed with my recent stay. The staff were not friendly when I reported an issue with the air conditioner. Although I was moved to another room, the replacement room was much smaller than the room category I had paid for.

Despite the inconvenience caused, my request for a late check-out or any form of compensation was not considered. The overall service recovery was poor, and the staff showed little effort to assist or accommodate guests.

The location is good if you have your own car.

It’s not properly maintained as it should be. The drain in shower is very slow and took several minutes to drain out.

Maybe about the parking it is limited and suggestion to do a validation parking system because RM 11 per day for a hotel guest can’t justify the price. Maybe when doing housekeeping need to check also in the fridge just incase other guest leave something behind because i found a can of drink in the fridge

The room is spaces, staff is polite and helpful. However, there is smell in the toilet.
