Perfect!
Pros:

Really nice and clean place. Lot of space and nice owner. Overall perfect! (Btw: looks better even in real life than in the pictures)

Pros:

I was happy from the beginning as I was upgraded to have a airco instead of a fan in the room. Location was perfect and the room was clean. Everyday I had new towels and bottles of water.

Cons:

The only thing that was a little annoying is that you could hear absolutely everything even though it is situated on a quiet street. If a scooter passes by or someone talks. During nights I could hear a washing machine working because of the shared pipes I believe. Otherwise its very cosy, nice place.
