Pros:

Very clean and newly remodeled and had 2 bedrooms so our kids could have their own room

Pros:

The proximity to downtown Gatlinburg!

Cons:

Had several outlets that didn’t work, an ac unit that did not work and the floors were dirty in terms of grime (feet would be black by the time you got around the place)

The location was great.

We will never stay there again. Guaranteed. Water was seeping into the bathroom from inside the wall or the room next door to us. It saturated every towel we put down to soak it up. The laminate flooring outside the bathroom had water coming up through the seams of each piece, which I noticed the as soon as we arrived but thought someone had possibly just mopped. They ran water in our bathroom sink, found no leaks and did absolutely nothing. I know plumbing problems are a pain but we couldn't even walk across the room without getting your feet or socks wet.
The room had no chairs... NONE. The mini fridge sat on the floor with the microwave on top of it. We weren't expecting the Hilton but no chairs?? Not even just one?! Add all that to the ongoing plumbing issue and it will be permanently scratched off our list for future accommodations. That was room 113, by the way.

We will be back in a few weeks and staying right here again. You can’t ask for better staff and cozy room
Pros:

Perfectly located where you can walk to everything! Staff was amazing! We had a slight problem with ac, they fixed it so quickly. They were so nice about it. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome

The location was great near downtown.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was trash on the table like someone was eating peanuts and one of the beds was not even done with a dirty towel on top of the bed. The bathrooms were clean and the other 2 beds were clean just one bed wasn’t done. It looks like the housekeeping forgot to do the bed an take the dirty towel an clean trash from the table. Other then that the room was ok.
