The room cleaning is done after 2 days of checkin, Even being asked to clean the room, they had time limitations that is after 9PM, they told us they won't clean the room. After multiple request they cleaned it. So the cleaning facilities needs to be available all time as it is a 5 star hotel.

⭐️ Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing from the moment we walked into our room.

The first thing we noticed was a strange, stale and unpleasant smell throughout the room. The air conditioning was also very disappointing — it was blowing cool air, but the room never actually became cold or comfortable.

The room itself did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The bed sheets were extremely creased and looked dirty, which made us question whether they had even been changed.

The bathroom was by far the worst part of the room. The toilet was very old and blocked, with water backing up and standing throughout the bathroom, leaving the entire floor wet. Many of the bathroom fittings were extremely old, damaged and literally coming apart. There was also no hot water, which made the experience even worse.

To make matters worse, the mini fridge wasn't working. We didn't realise this until the following morning, by which time all of my chocolates had completely melted.

Overall, there were far too many issues for this to be considered an enjoyable or comfortable stay. The hotel clearly needs significant attention when it comes to cleanliness, maintenance, room facilities and staff training.

The one positive thing I can say is that the staff were very lovely and friendly, but unfortunately they appeared to be poorly trained and unable to properly deal with the issues we experienced.

Sadly, based on our experience, we will never be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend it. It was a very disappointing stay.

Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not helpful when I raised issues with essential facilities in our room.

The room safe/locker was not working from the beginning of our stay. I reported this issue to the front desk twice, but despite these complaints, it was neither repaired nor replaced throughout our entire stay. As a result, I was unable to safely leave our passports and other valuable belongings in the room. I had no option but to carry these items with me whenever we went out, which caused considerable inconvenience and concern throughout our stay.

In addition, the mini fridge in the room was not working. This was particularly important for me because I needed to keep medication at a certain temperature. I was carrying the medication in an insulated flask to maintain the required temperature and approached the front desk to ask for assistance.

Unfortunately, rather than trying to find a practical solution, I was told that providing a working mini fridge was not compulsory as part of the room service. I was then advised to use a pharmacy located opposite the hotel. I found this response extremely disappointing and lacking in understanding, particularly given that the issue involved medication and not simply personal convenience.

I understand that equipment can occasionally malfunction, but what is unacceptable is that the issues were reported to your staff and no effective action was taken during our stay. The lack of follow-up, combined with the attitude of the front desk staff, significantly affected our experience.
