Enttäuschender kann ein Hotel und das Personal nicht sein!

Abgesehen von dem einen Bedienungspersonal ist an diesem Hotel alles enttäuschend.
Das Familienzimmer mit Meerblick hat uns für 2 Nächte über 650 Euro gekostet, und 2 Personen mussten in einer dunklen Ecke OHNE Fenster schlafen!
Eigentlich war Sonnenlicht exakt der Grund für den hohen Aufpreis den wir gebucht haben. Wir buchten ZUSÄTZLICH ein weiteres Zimmer und bezahlten erneut weitere 415 Euro.
Da die Kaffeemaschine defekt war mussten wir uns auf EIGENE Kosten Kaffee kaufen für unser Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist eher mittelmäßig und extrem fettig (Omelett und Börek).

Bei Abreise hat man uns unverschämterweise weitere 2 Frühstücke berechnet (über 50 Euro !!), mit der Begründung, dass bei dem weiteren Zimmer, welches wir zusätzlich gebucht haben, kein Frühstück enthalten gewesen sein soll.

Es ist ein zwingendes MUSS, die Kunden über fehlende Fenster im Zimmer über die Anzeige zu informieren. Wir hätten das Hotel definitiv NICHT gebucht.

Good place to stay in Karakoy. Location A+
Pros:

I would say 6.5 for the room, 10 for the location, and 10 for the friendly staff. The staff was really nice to us and very welcoming. The location is really awesome as well.

To be fair, I didn’t really look at the pics very well and thought we were getting the nicer rooms and the view. That’s my fault. Make sure you know there’s a difference between the cheaper rooms and those that you see more in the pics with the view.

Excellent location, spacious rooms that are beautifully decorated.
Pros:

Location is amazing very close to public transport and very close to Kadıköy shop restaurants and bars with a very lively and buzzing atmosphere especially on Fenerbahçe match days. Very comfortable rooms that are beautifully decorated and spacious. Rooms offer tea and coffee facilities (Nespresso machine). Staff are accommodating and a special mention to Kerem who was extra nice, friendly and very polite.

Cons:

On arrival the bed sheet and pillow had a stain on them, however this was quickly resolved and changed to clean bedding.
