Cons:

No fue posible dormir bien. Desde la habitación se escucha el ruido de los aires acodicionados propios y de los otros departamentos. Del mismo modo, la carga del inodoro hizo ruido constantemente.

El departamento no es boutique, necesita mantenimiento y no es recomendable para 6 adultos.

Cons:

El alojamiento no está bien mantenido, el empapelado de la pared se está cayendo, había suciedad acumulada detrás de la puerta del vestidor siendo una puerta que se necesita cerrar para usar el vestidor. Una cama auxiliar tenía dañada el sistema para levantarla del piso, pero eso no era lo más grave, sino que la cama quedaba en desnivel y no habían buscado una solución a ese punto.
El alojamiento definitivamente no se recomienda para 6 personas, dado que se colapsa con el uso, ni siquiera tiene 6 sillas en el apartamento. El baño no tiene buena ventilación y cuando se bañan 6 personas se moja completamente. El diseño del baño tampoco está bien y la mampara de la ducha es pequeña y hace que el agua salga fuera de la bañera.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. El dpto esta muy lindo. Tiene un patio hermoso. La tele enorme. Y bien equipado.

Cons:

El gabinete electrico con las termicas hay que amurarlo bien. Estaba flojo. El resto impecable.

Departamento còmodo para una Familia.
Pros:

La Ubicaciòn, el Dpto en gral, la comodidad, el espacio y la Tv.

Cons:

Falta un poco de mantemiento en general, es un lindo dpto con materiales de calidad, pero se van deteriorando con el tiempo sino se reparan. Algunas toallas estaban agujereadas directamente y la ducha nos quedamos sin agua caliente al final.

Pros:

Otima localização , próximo ao aero parque , alguns bons restaurantes próximos ( pequena caminhada ) , bairro seguro . Cama confortável .

Cons:

O segundo banheiro é só um lavabo . Não tem chuveiro .
