Departamento còmodo para una Familia.
Pros:

La Ubicaciòn, el Dpto en gral, la comodidad, el espacio y la Tv.

Cons:

Falta un poco de mantemiento en general, es un lindo dpto con materiales de calidad, pero se van deteriorando con el tiempo sino se reparan. Algunas toallas estaban agujereadas directamente y la ducha nos quedamos sin agua caliente al final.

Otima localização , próximo ao aero parque , alguns bons restaurantes próximos ( pequena caminhada ) , bairro seguro . Cama confortável .

Cons:

O segundo banheiro é só um lavabo . Não tem chuveiro .

Hermoso Depto con olor a motel rutero barato

Buena ubicación

Cons:

Cuando filtras en booking marcas parking y este tenía “parking en la calle” ósea estacionar el auto en la vereda. Tuve que buscar un lugar para estacionar y gasté unos 40usd adicionales. Por otro lado la ropa de cama y en general todo se lava con el peor jabón posible y había un olor generalizado a hotel alojamiento de mala muerte en una propiedad hermosa. Si cuidaran estos detalles y no harían el truco de mentir en el parking es un diez.

Hospedagem mediana em Palermo
Pros:

O tamanho do apartamento para duas pessoas muito bom, ter dois banheiros, silencioso, todas torneiras com água quente fez uma diferença pois fez muito frio, a cama grande pois somos bem altos.

Cons:

O apartamento diferente da foto, fiquei no primeiro andar nao tinha vista, Limpeza bem ruim, muito pó no quarto, os banheiros tinha cabelo no chão, o sofá desconfortável, faltou taças para vinho, no lavabo não tinha lixeira, as roupas de cama gastas poderia ser melhor, a pessoa que respondia as mensagens pouco simpática, muita demora em responder, no primeiro dia tivemos problemas com tomada que so foi resolvido no outro dia, e se fosse com chuveiro ficaria sem banho primeiro dia, Pouco flexível não pude chegar nem meia hora antes, e nem um minuto depois, meu voo era tarde e fiaria diferença umas horas a mais. Nao retornaria em uma próxima estadia.

Die Lage ist ideal zur Erkundung BuenosAires, alle wichtigen Buslinien halten in der Nähe, es gibt schöne Cafés und Rest

Gute Lage, 2 Toiletten, Dachterrasse zur Mitbenutzung, problemloser Einlasscode, ein bequemes Doppelbett

Cons:

Etwas zu minimale ( eher lieblose) Ausstattung: kein Küchenmesser, kein Küchenhandtuch, keine Kanne( für Tee?) , keine Schale, nur 1 kleine (Müsli)Schüssel, 3. Bett ist Matratze auf dem Boden, keine Putzsachen wie angegeben (bei 5/6 Tagen wäre das mal ganz nett), ein einziger Handtuchhaken für 3 Personen etwas wenig, (im Extra-WC gar kein Haken) so hingen die Handtücher immer über den Stühlen, kein Kleiderhaken, (an der Türe) keine Schere- mit sehr geringem Aufwand könnte die Wohnung super sein! Paar Haken an der Wand verringern das Chaos merklich, das macht viel aus! Ziemlich laut (Aufzug und Technik-Geräusche), aber daran gewöhnt man sich.
