Las habitaciones le hacen falta aire acondicionado para los días de Calor. El camino para llegar a las habitaciones si llueve es un problema. Lo deberían arreglar.

Beautiful location, loved the hot tub & fire. All the food we ordered was delicious, delivered to our room, and didn’t take long to come! Very happy overall with everything, the whole experience was lovely. The staff were lovely, brought our bags to & from our room, and were very helpful with all our queries.
While we enjoyed how remote the property was, the road to get there is probably more suited to a 4x4 vehicle 😅 but our taxi driver brought us the whole way without a problem
El personal muy muy amable, la vista espectacular (depende la cabaña que escojas ya que hay algunas que no tienen ninguna vista). La comida muy buena. En general es un hotel muy bonito.
El camino hacia las habitaciones está muy malo. Para personas con impedimento al caminar es muy muy complicado. Hay que caminar demasiado y en cuestas, desde la cabaña hasta el lobby. Deberían considerar carritos de gulf o tuktuk para llevar a las personas. Y los empleados tienen que caminar muchísimo para subir y bajar las comidas de servicio a la habitación.
El check in fue demasiado largo el proceso y mientras lo hacíamos, comenzó a llover y tuvimos que quedarnos un rato muy largo en lo que pudimos bajar a las habitaciones (ya que nos teníamos que mojar si nos íbamos).
Habitación bonita y linda vista de la represa. La comida es deliciosa y variada.
Habían goteras que caían sobre toda la cama entonces no se pudo dormir bien. La cama en sí es incómoda y la habitación no tiene persianas o cortinas en todas ventanas entonces en la madrugada entra luz por la ventana de la cocina y no deja dormir. El ruido de los vecinos en la noche con su música también afectó la experiencia. El bar no tenía buen ambiente ni variedad de bebidas. Nadie me dijo nada al siguiente dia por las goteras sobre la cama y por no poder dormir bien.
Durante mi estancia en el lugar, se me perdieron unos audífonos y, luego de notificarle al personal del hotel que se habian quedado en la habitación, el personal de aseo se me robaron los audifonos. Tengo evidencia de lo sucedido y el personal del hotel nunca me brindó ayuda o explicacion alguna sobre lo sucedido.
