Ein zweiter Handtuchhalter fehlt. Es tropfe bei Regen durch die Decke auf das Kopfkissen. Überteuertes Tucktuck nach Peñol.

Agradable y bonita pero esperé más del servicio en este hotel
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación y la accesibilidad. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y prácticas. Un ambiente muy acogedor y rodeado de naturaleza con mucha paz y silencio en general.
Restaurante con una amplia variedad en su menú y responden ágilmente a las solicitudes de alimentación. Cumplen un horario un poco estricto para las comidas pero es entendible.

Cons:

El personal que estuvo no parecía muy bien entrenado en atención al cliente. Gabriela la recepcionista ni mira a la cara cuando uno llega, está como llenando los formularios y requisitos. Poco amable
Dayan quien nos condujo al cuarto y nos mostró las intalaciones fue mas amable, sin embargo hubo detalles del cuarto que no nos explicó, como por ejemplo que el black out principal tenía un control remoto.
Hicimos la solicitud d euna toalla adicional para el cuarto porque solo habúa una y nunca la llevaron. Pedimos un atado de leña adicional (que es pago) para mantener la fogata prendida por más tiempo y nos dijeron que lo llevaba el chico que prendía las fogatas cuando terminara la ronda por cada cabaña. Finalmente a las dos horas y después de hacer este mismo pedido dos veces más respondieron que este chico ya había acabado su turno y se había ido.

En el chat del hotel no confirman si reciben los mensajes de las solicitudes. Se les sugiere llevar los platos de comida a las cabañas con las tapas y dejarlas, pues a veces pueden quedar sobras y no hay con que taparlas hasta el día siguiente, corriendo el riesgo de que lleguen animales ó insectos.

Kahvaltı Gayet yeterliydi. Çoktan seçmeli olması işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Banyo ve sıcak su çok iyiydi. Yatak ve oda çok rahattı. Gölde kano keyfi çok iyiydi,sakin bir bölgede olması endeniyle rahatlıkla gezebildik. Bahçesinde farklı kuşları görebildik. Akşamları balkonda ateş yakmaları da çok keyifliydi.

Cons:

Yemek kalitesi iyiydi ancak benim seçtiğim yemeği beğenmedim ve açıkçası hiç yiyemedim. İki masa olmasına rağmen çok uzun bekledik. Oda sabahları çok sıcaktı ancak dışarıda olduğumuz için etkilenmedik. Bir de etraf akşamları çok karanlıktı. Gölde ve etrafında da bir ışık olmadığı için açıkçası balkonda akşam keyfi pek olamadı. Etrafta hafifi bir aydınlatma ambiyansı kesinlikle arttıracaktır. Manzaralı oda seçtik ancak balkon önünde çalılar çok yüksek olduğu için harika bir göl manzarasını maalesef göremedik.

Fantastische plek! Heerlijk huisje met fantastische faciliteiten. Een heerlijk bad op je veranda.
Het personeel doet alles voor je. Echt een hele fijne ervaring.

Cons:

Het ligt een beetje ver van Guatapé, dat is op zich geen probleem. Echter er zijn erg weinig Ubers beschikbaar en de tuk tuk die het hotel regelt is veel duurder dan een uber. Dat is echt jammer.

Beautiful but be aware.
Pros:

The setting. In a beautiful area. The concept of having private cabins out of sight of each other with beautifil views of the lake from your deck. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Publicity for this "hotel" needs to be more honest and be clear on the accesibility. Reception/restaurant area is at the top of a hill. The cabins are spread around a pretty steep hillside down to the lake shore. Vehicles cannot get past reception so heavy bags etc need to be physically manhandled including use of a little atv and some strong hotel workers. But you still have to walk down, and more importantly back up, to reception and your vehicle. This is not possible for people with mobility or health issues.
Our cabin had no cieling fan, no aircon and no mosquito net. We had a small table top fan which sadly had very little effect on the afternoon heat. If you chose to leave windows and doors open in the evening and night, you had insects flying around.
We only booked one night so probably did not get to take advantage of the watersports facilities on offer.
Probably this is for younger people on a few days break, to make the most of the surroundings.
Be careful if you drive in with a normal car because there are some very uneven surfaces on the track.

Pillamos a trabajador escondido mirando
Cons:

Pillamos a un trabajador mirándonos desde fuera de la habitación, y la única respuesta del hotel fue que nos invitaban a una pizza y que mirarían las cámaras y nunca más nos respondieron.
No tiene aire acondicionado, dentro de las habitaciones te ahogas durante el día, y fuera no hay ni una sombra.
Nada recomendable.

Staff, services, dinner, room. Everything has been great. A pure gem where to relax and slow down your pace even for a day. Definitely would go back

Is a bit far from guatape but that’s also a plus. Breakfast I have to say I had better

Amazing views of the lake. Comfy beds. Room service

Cons:

Room poorly maintained. Hot tub is basically just a big bath and takes over 2 hours to fill and is then cold. Quite isolated and very little to do. Very noisy and not relaxing due to partying neighbours and boats on the lake.
