Расположение понравилось. Это всё.

Cons:

Нам не заменили постель, была пыль на мебели, не пропылесосили ковролин. Не было халатов. Сказали на ресепшн. Постель поменяли, сделали уборку. Халаты не дали. Постель и полотенца с пятнами. Наверное не умеют выводить. Ну, хотя бы выстиранное. Завтрак плохой. Чай пили из стаканов. Вообще разочарование. Не соответствует четырем звёздам. Вообще.

Отель хороший, цена качество соответствуют. Очень понравился персонал отзывчивый, добрый. Все старались максимально помочь. Завтрак скромный, но вкусный по домашнему. Была в более дорогом отеле, где интерьер классный, но не хватило сервиса. А здесь отель не дорогой, но персонал отличный. Спасибо большое.

Cons:

холодильник в номере не работал , чайников и чайного набора нет, интернет на столько слабый что от него только название , звукоизоляция отсутствует, слышно все что делается в коридоре , стук закрытия дверей всех номеров, разговоры. отель на 4 не тянет минимум 3

Улучшить завтрак, и работать с персоналом по Breakfast, объяснять правила familiy friendly

Завтрак был ужасный. Во время завтрака обслуживающий персонал был еще хуже, очень грубая девушка, наверно не понимает что такое familiy friendly. Однако на ресепшне администратор по имене Арман был очень любезным, лояльным и гостепримным сотрудником
