Nice enough place but the cheap treatment with no parking or coffee makes me question staying again

Breakfast costed extra. Lame.

Cons:

No complimentary coffee. What in the absolute cheapskate corporate bullshit is that? Just cheap and bad form. Booooooo!
No parking unless pay a valet fee. So requires paid street parking. Again- lame!!!!

Nice place. Busy streets.
Pros:

It’s a nice property. Very spacious. Very comfortable bed. Lovely little kitchenette. This is the second time we’ve stayed there for an event at the park.

Cons:

Ask for a room at the back of the building if you say, has you waking up on a weekday. Last year we woke up on Sunday morning. It was perfect, nice and quiet peaceful downtown. This year, we woke up on a Monday morning to VERY loud traffic beginning at 3 AM and it didn’t stop. It’s a very busy street. No fault of the hotel. Just be aware -consider ear plugs.

Only a Last Resort
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable and helped for great sleep.

Cons:

Got three complaints about noise over a week stay but it was only from walking around in the room cause the floors are so noisy and old. Felt like I wasn't even allowed to walk around in my cramped overpaid box. Gone most of the afternoons. The room layout added to the cramped atmosphere even though it was larger sized then lots. There is no breakfast unless you pay for it and parking is an extra 32 a night so we parked 5 blocks away but even loading and unloading was a daily frustration.

Pros:

Rooms were clean and it’s very modern.

Cons:

It is loud. At no time was our room peaceful. The constant stream of cars with noisy mufflers was annoying. I understand it’s a city hotel but it wasn’t very relaxing and I found it difficult to sleep.
