Prachtig gebouw, fantastisch ontbijt - locatie en ontvangst eerder matig
Pros:

Het hotel ziet er fantastisch uit, een architecturaal pareltje (vroegere vrouwengevangenis die prachtig getransformeerd is, met behoud van originele elementen zoals tralies of celdeuren). Ontvangst was koel en zelfs ietwat onvriendelijk. We kregen weinig uitleg, de kamer was nog niet klaar en de persoon achter de balie leek niet erg geneigd om ons te helpen. We hebben dan zelf gevraagd of we bv. al konden gaan zwemmen, dat kon, maar handdoeken of badjassen bleken er niet meer te zijn. Geen uitleg gekregen over het gebouw of over het ontbijt. Het ontbijt was trouwens fantastisch, heel veel keuze, prachtige patio om te zitten. Op het moment dat wij gingen eten kon het personeel wel niet volgen met alles aan te vullen. Zo was er nergens nog bestek of tassen en werden heel wat producten niet of traag aangevuld.

Cons:

Matig ontvangst aan de balie bij het inchecken, weinig uitleg, niet echt hulpvaardig.
De kamers zijn supermooi, maar wel gehorig met bijzonder luide dichtslaande deuren (zonder sotfclose, waardoor je gegarandeerd wakker wordt als er 's nachts nog buren toekomen in de kamer).
Eerder ver van het centrum gelegen, maar bushalte voor de deur en metrostation op wandelafstand.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen ganz besonderen Charme durch den ruhigen grünen Innenhof und die wunderschön eingerichteten Zimmer. Es gibt viel zu sehen und zu tun, wie Billiard spielen, im Swimmingpool auf der Dachterrasse schwimmen, das Gym und die Sauna nutzen, oder einfach einen Kaffee im Innenhof trinken. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit dafür, weswegen wir auf jeden Fall zurück kommen werden!
