Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Schönes Zimmer mit tollem Balkon.

Cons:

Schlüssel zur Tiefgarage war leider nicht in der genannten Box. Über die Hotline wurde uns aber schnell geholfen.

Pros:

Liels numuriņš, atsevišķi izvietota vannas istaba un tualete. Garšīgas brokastis klusā pagalmā uz terases.

Cons:

Skapis nebija izmantojams, jo šūpojās un tajā nebija pakaramie, kā arī pietrūka klubkrēsls, uz taburetẽm nav ērti sēdēt. Atsevišķā tualetē nav izlietnes, rokas jāiet mazgāt vannas istabā.

Mooi modern hotel
Pros:

Hele mooie kamer, over de inrichting is goed nagedacht en is heel sfeervol. Mooie ruime badkamer en een leuk balkon met uitzicht op de tuin. Ook het ontbijt was volgens een ander concept. Geen buffet maar je kunt kiezen uit diverse samengestelde ontbijtjes. Meer dan genoeg en geen verspilling.

Cons:

Het contact via email was goed. Onze vragen werden netjes en snel beantwoord . Ondanks dat hebben we toch nog wat lopen zoeken naar sleutelkastjes e.d. maar voor alles is een eerste keer. De volgende keer gaat het vast beter.

Nice, quiet stay with great breakfast options
Pros:

The room was located in direction inner yard, it was quiet and well vented. The bedsheets and towels were clean and had a neutral smell. We had a room on the third floor. The environment was quiet (no loud noises) and the aircon well maintained. A real highlight was the breakfast with lots of fresh veggies and homemade cakes and bakery. Good coffee too. They informed us that one drink is for free- so also no surprises when ordering more. All in all a pleasant stay with good memories.

Cons:

To enhance the experience of the stay maybe a few bags of Tea or instant coffee which you could use to start the morning time would be appreciated. Saying this- it did not really bother, just would be a nice treat.

Tolles Ambiente im Zimmer

Cons:

Wenn man duscht läuft das Wasser in das gesamte Bad bzw. raus .
Man muss sich ganz in die Ecke stellen um dieses zu verhindern
Für die Zukunft könnte das ein Problem für das Zimmer geben.
Wäre dann echt schade

We had a very disappointing experience during our one-night stay at your accommodation.

First of all, we were not informed that the apartment was located in the basement. Before our arrival, we specifically asked by email whether the accommodation had air conditioning, and we were clearly told that it did. However, when we checked in, we found that there was no air conditioning at all.

The parking experience was also very frustrating. We paid €22 for parking and had to wait a long time to receive the parking key. After finally getting access, we discovered that another car was already parked in our assigned space. We then had to wait again before being assigned another parking spot.

The check-in process itself was also very inefficient. It took about 40 minutes before we were finally able to enter the accommodation. As a group of five people, this caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress.

After checking in, we found that the shower was very uncomfortable to use. The wall-mounted showerhead made it difficult to shower properly. We strongly recommend replacing it with a handheld shower hose.

We also cooked dinner after our late check-in, but the room had no ventilation at all. Without any ventilation system, it was very uncomfortable to prepare and eat food. This accommodation is not suitable for cooking in its current condition.

We also recommend collecting the city tax and parking fee together with the accommodation payment before arrival. This would make the check-in process much smoother and avoid unnecessary delays.

Overall, this experience greatly increased our travel fatigue and completely ruined our day. Unfortunately, it has even made us feel that we may not want to visit Graz again in the future.

We sincerely hope that you will address these issues and improve the accommodation for future guests.

Fint med balkong, ok størrelse på rom. Veldig bra frokost

Cons:

Kronglete innsjekk, med solen rett på automaten, kø og mange som trøblet. Varmt på rommet om natten.
