Die Wohnung hat uns leider enttäuscht. Dass es eine Kellerwohnung ist, sollte im Vorfeld klarer kommuniziert werden. Für die gebotene Qualität ist der Preis zu hoch, vor allem weil die Einrichtung Mängel aufweist. Mehrere Möbelstücke und die Armaturen im Badezimmer waren kaputt oder abgenutzt. Keine Weiterempfehlung zu diesem Preis.

Es gibt keine echte Trennung zwischen Bad und Schlafbereich - das muss man mögen, wenn man zu zweit unterwegs ist.
Niente pulizie per 5 giorni. Solo 2 flaconcini di bagnoschiuma e 1 rotolo di carta igienica. Mobili traballanti e danneggiati. Niente aria condizionata.
Convenient and clean
Die Lage war in Ordnung und der Check-in war grundsätzlich unkompliziert.
Die Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft offensichtlich nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt. Das Schlafsofa für die dritte Person war nicht vorbereitet, obwohl wir ein größeres Apartment für drei Personen gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich Essensreste und benutzte Gegenstände, im Geschirrspüler stand noch Geschirr, neben dem Bett stand eine angebrochene Coca-Cola-Flasche vom vorherigen Gast, im Schrank waren Verschmutzungen und im Waschbecken lag ein schmutziges Putztuch.
Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit der Reklamation. Trotz mehrfacher Meldungen und Fotobeweisen behauptete das Hotel weiterhin, alles sei sauber gewesen und es seien keine Mängel vorhanden gewesen. Selbst nachdem Personal das Apartment betreten hatte, um das Schlafsofa vorzubereiten, wurden die übrigen offensichtlichen Mängel nicht beseitigt.
Für den bezahlten Preis ist dieser Zustand völlig inakzeptabel. Ich habe deutlich bessere Standards selbst in deutlich günstigeren Unterkünften erlebt.
Super schöne Ausstattung, angenehme Lage, Anweisungen für das Check in waren gut. Schönes Frühstück im Café unter dem Hotel!

The hotel is in a great spot.
The room was on the -1 floor, which I hadn't expected. The room was very dirty, the bedding was stained, the curtains were dirty, and the showers were extremely inconvenient because you had to keep pressing the shower button to keep the water running, so it was very difficult to wash your hair. There are no curtains in the bathroom, so after a shower, the entire bathroom floor is wet. It’s a very strange room; it looks like it used to be just a basement, and now they’re putting guests up there.
