Pros:

The facilities were excellent and clean. A very modern feel but with the warmth of the staff made it memorable. The hotel view was exceptional and the boat cruise crew were really caring.

Cons:

I think there could be an elevated experience provided by the Spa staff in terms of a customer experience that goes above and beyond. The food menu was also a little limited and not quite as expansive.

Pros:

The staff were cool calm collected and friendly. The rooms were clean and well kept. The breakfast had everything to choose from and was lovely. The scenery of the Zambezi river is breathtaking. The gym was great. The tennis court too. Spotting one or two animals around the resort was a nice feel of being in or surrounded by nature. There's a mall close by which is convenient. It was an overall exceptional experience.

Cons:

If we're nitpicking I'd say they could cook their nshima better. Everything else was exceptional
The spa was good. More treatments like laser hair removal could be added
