One of the few brand new high-end hotels in the area.
Pros:

Nice modern hotel in an area that is lacking a high-end brand new hotel. The pool area is very nice. Rooms are well equipped. Chance of seeing elephants from swimming in the river.

Cons:

At night, I would like the main restaurant to close all its doors and do its best to keep the bugs out. I would like to have one meal without constantly swatting flies away.

Beautiful location along the Zambezi river with sunset views to die for....
Pros:

Its a beautiful resort, the location, the pool , the view....wow...
Its also very close to a number of tourist attractions. Hotel service was excellent. Breakfast was also nice with a good variety every day. I especially enjoyed the sunset boat cruise.

Cons:

Well, the alcohol prices were a bit heavy on the pocket, and they also did not a variery of wines

It was a beautiful experience and i would love to come back again.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, it catered for everyone. The breakfast time is long enough which is very considerate since the location of the hotel is in a busy town and residents might be busy through out the day and wake up a bit late and they are sorted.

Cons:

The elevators are far from some of the rooms, especially mine (room 248). I had to walk a long way to access it. Maybe its because i missed some closer elevators and that would be because there was no tour given to me as a new resident to the area.
The bathroom sliding doors are very risky, sustained a nip on my hand while trying to close it and i met someone there also who sustained a hand injury from the bathroom door same day as well.

We were disappointed by our stay.
Pros:

Only the breakfast was good.

Cons:

A lot of mosquitos and they don't do much to help with the situation. Also, if you don't like your meal or something happens then they still make you pay. Also, we lost power a few times and had no AC several nights. We asked for help and didn't receive it. It was very disappointing!
