The pool on the river is incredible. Rooms were clean and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful. The boat cruise was a fabulous experience

Cons:

You have to get transport to leave the hotel. This is arranged by the hotel and is double the price of if you arrange a driver with your restaurant etc.

Beautiful stay, disappointed by food and drinks.
Pros:

The property is awesome 👌, the location of the property is perfect, the staff members are very nice.

Cons:

Stayed at the property for 6nights and every morning and night food was the same, no change in menu to accommodate long stays.

The food and drinks (alcoholic drinks) were disappointing for a hotel of such stature, at some point I wanted to check out and go to a different hotel because of the food. Radisson is a South African Company employing locals in Zimbia, however employing a chef in the mother country to train the chefs in Zambia will help because that was my worst experience in food for a 5star hotel.

Amazing location and complete facility

Cons:

I just wanted to extend my stay and one of the receptionist said thay are booked out. Then I checked on Booking.com and there was availability so I booked via Booking. Eventually, somehow, they extended my stay at my current room. Not a bad experience but just couldn't understand why they didn't extend in the first place.

Pros:

The foyer and layout of the hotel is amazing. The setting is absolutely stunning. Rooms were very clean, although perhaps not quite as luxurious as other 5-star accommodation I have used. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The price for food and drinks in the hotel itself is obscene. We went to two local restaurants and meals and drinks were less than half the price of the food/drinks in the hotel. This leaves a bad taste for me - I understand margins need to be made, but it just feels like they are ripping you off and made me not want to purchase food/drink there.
