Fantastic location & hotel
Pros:

The location was fantastic on the banks of the Zambezi river with stunning sunsets. The rooms are spacious, clean and come with all amenities including an iron and ironing board, slippers & morning gowns. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the hotel interiors and art are just well curated and thought through.

Cons:

Do not allow them to put you in an interconnected room unless you are with family, the interconnecting door completely breaks the sound proofing. I had to ask to be moved on the first day.

The room was beautiful, clean oh and they have a mosquito net on the bed which I found very thoughtful . The Views from our room, breathtaking… the facilities are always clean. The staff is so friendly, literally all of them . The food was nice aswell

Overall, the stay was wholesome, and I will definitely call again
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of food selections that made it easy for everyone to find something enjoyable. The variety was impressive, and everything was fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying. It was truly a pleasant dining experience.

Cons:

Restaurant staff were not very attentive, especially during lunch and midday meals. Walk-in guests experienced delays in placing their orders due to limited attention from the service team. I did address this to few staff at the time.
