La ubicación
Muy complicados los accesos, sucio el lugar, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la sala, el depto es muy muy caliente, el baño de la recámara chica olía a drenaje y salía el olor a la habitación, abajo de las camas no limpian, la taza del baño de la entrada no la lavaron bien. Para lo que cobran, es muy poco lo que ofrecen. Tienen que considerar éste tipo de lugares.
The location was amazing. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities. Support over whatsapp was very quick to solve any issues I had. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat
The acomodation could be a bit cleaner. Nothing too dirty, but it could be a bit better.

the place where dogs can go to relieve themselves was no grass at all, just dirty soil stinking very much like poo. unsanitary. fornthis price a dishwasher should be included.
The location
Everything was fine, though the linen (e.g. Towels, etc) looked a little worn and could benefit from being refreshed.
The one better one and a half was very large. I’d say over 1000 ft.². I didn’t realize it till later, but there’s a gym, a pool and a sauna which you have the ability to use also. Great location great security perfect.
I like the apartment. it is spacious and location is excellent. Very close to restaurants and business centers. The only thing I wish they could do better is to add more lighting to the apartment. The apartment gets kind of dark when it rains outside, which is quite typically in the late afternoon in Mexico City. But overall, a good stay.
In a very nice location, great facilities for the price. Easy to use lobby and elevator system. Convenient Uber / taxi pickup location close by, above a shopping complex with lots to do.
Only one key to the elevator was provided, and only two towels were provided. There was laundry though, and I am sure we could have inquired for more.

Siempre usaba KUKUN por su alta calidad de mantenimiento y servicio pero esta ocasión fue muy decepcionante la estancia.
Location is fantastic, just beside a mall and very central for CDMX. The apartment is in a Condo with a Great Gym and Swimming Pool The Staff is very kind and receptive.
The Apartment is very nice with fantastic view but but.. but it was missing cutlery, and then plates and then the Aircon was not working the first night, and then one bathroom was stinking, and in general was worn out. What a Pity

This was a first of a two nights stay for a five day vacation in Mexico City. The place is in a prime location. There are many restaurants within walking distance. There is a movie theater and a shopping mall right next door. Everything was very convenient for me. The place is very spacious with 2 1/2 bathrooms. The balcony had a very nice view of the city. I felt very safe there. I would definitely recommend Kukun and also book their other property they have.
La propiedad estuvo excelente, las amenidades muy bien y la ubicación perfecta.
El único detalle es que el baño esta un poquito descuidado, fuera de eso todo excelente
Buena atención, siempre es bueno no perder la comunicación por WhatsApp, para cualquier detalle que se presente, agradecida por la atención y la limpieza.
