We would definitely stay here again. Spacious, easy check in, great security. Great area. Faultless.
Pros:

We loved our stay here. This such an amazing area with great public transport options. There is a huge variety of great food. The property is super clean and has everything that you need. The communication, especially the responsiveness is so good. Amazing place

Great Host
Pros:

We stayed just one night and the experience was excellent. The place was very clean, well maintained, and had everything needed for a short stay. The location is convenient and quiet, perfect for resting after a day of travel. The host was very attentive and communication was always quick and clear. Great spot for a couples getaway. 💖

Conveniente y agradable
Pros:

Excelente ubicación sobre todo a pocos minutos de las zonas que frecuenté durante mi estancia, muy bien el edificio, el departamento muy cómodo y moderno. Cómodas las camas y acogedor.

Cons:

Definitivamente un punto en contra es que no cuentan con A/C. Durante mi estancia no fue necesario utilizarlo ya que el clima fue agradable pero en época de calor sería una locura tener que abrir las ventanas para refrescar ya que el ruido proveniente del exterior lo haría imposible para poder descansar.

Beautiful view, but extremely uncomfortable in winter
Pros:

The location is excellent and the view is truly beautiful. The apartment is situated in a great area, which was the main positive aspect of our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the apartment was extremely cold in January — it honestly felt even colder inside than outside. There is no heater, and the blankets are very thin. Only decorative throws were provided, which are not suitable for warmth.
The pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable, cheap. Only a minimal number of towels were available .
The hairdryer is very outdated and doesn’t even have a proper air nozzle.
We also found the tea glasses dirty on arrival and had to report it to the staff. Cleaning came when we were not home, without confirming the time with us.
One of the wine glasses provided was chipped.
sofa has xtremely small size even for 2 persons.
The hot water system works poorly. Hot water runs out after just a few minutes unless you keep water running in the sink while showering, which is very inconvenient.
Overall, the stay was not comfortable and I would not recommend this property for more than 1 night stay in winter.
