FABULOUS
Pros:

Stayed here for the weekend, this is an excellent location right across the street from Fiserv forum. The hotel is clean and very quiet.
Terrance at the front desk is what makes this hotel so great! He is friendly and very accommodating with your needs. He made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed throughout our stay.
We didn’t eat in the restaurants, opted to order room service and that was great.
This is a beautiful hotel.

First Choice!
Pros:

The Trade is our first choice when traveling to Milwaukee. The customer service is impeccable from the time your drive in to the moment you leave. The staff is always more than happy to help assist with anything during your stay. Our car valet Carlos bid us a fond farewell and hoped we will return in the future. Always first choice Carlos!

Pros:

Very modern comfortable hotel in a central location.

Staff were efficient and welcoming on check in.

Cons:

We booked a City View room and then found that there was a huge metal fence outside blocking almost all of the window and pretty much the whole view.

I did reply to an email from the General Manager Chris Palid about our stay but he never replied and the reception staff were just like 'we're full' This was not a cheap room and to have no acknowledgement of this was really disappointing.

Pros:

I always stay here for work, great hotel and team. The valet guys are exceptional here as well. Especially Austin & Avery.

The politness of the people

Cons:

There is electrical auto shutoff, although I was using the room for long duration l, I had an hourly shutdowns. I needed to move inside the room to deactivate the sensor.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The service and accommodations were amazing. Nathan and Adrian in parking were extremely delightful. My husband and I will be back!

Great location and beautiful

Cons:

Bedding and sheets so wrinkled and looked like they haven’t changed. Kinda disappointed of felt uncomfortable to sleep in.
