A good night sleep
Pros:

The AC was lovely and the fact that it was so close to the station and that they were available 24/7. We had a very late flight into Rome so it was perfect for the late night.

Cons:

It is in a dodgy area but nothing they can’t change. I felt safe inside.

It was terrible. The walls were peeling and old. The toilet was dirty; someone had used it and it hadn't been cleaned. Water was leaking from the ceiling, and there was mold. When you showered, dirty water dripped from the ceiling right onto your head. The hair dryer is not working. Very bad, I don't recommend it.

It was overall very pleasant
Pros:

The receptionist on duty when I arrived was very helpful and assisted me as much as possible to be comfortable. In particular getting the air conditioning working well so my room was cool in the intensely hot weather in Rome

Cons:

I did not like the fact of having to climb steps up to the place where you could catch a lift up to the first floor. Mainly because I have difficulties climbing steps.

Pros:

Расположен прямо возле вокзала Термини, здание старое, но номер был чистый. Но на улице возле здания много бродяг,наркоманов, непонятных личностей, нужно быть очень аккуратным.

Cons:

Крики под окнами и в здании, всю ночь хлопанье дверями, стуки, беготня, очень беспокойный район
