Pros:

L'hébergement est passable pour y passer une nuit

Cons:

Les toilettes n'étaient pas fonctionnelles. Je l'ai signalé dès mon arrivée, on m'a dit que le nécessaire allait être fait dans l'heure. Deux heures après, toujours rien, je relance donc le personnel. 4 heures plus tard, en revenant d'une balade je demande si elles ont été réparées et mon me regarde avec un grand sourire pour me dire non.
A mon départ j'ai donc demande au gérant de l'établissement d'avoir un remboursement partiel. On m'a généreusement offert une éventuelle réduction si je revenais un jour...

Incredible location, great staff
Pros:

Reception was polite and helpful in answering my questions despite the language barrier. The hotel is the best location you can get as it is right on the main shopping street and the castle/old Kars are only 15 mins by walk.

Cons:

If you are sensitive to noise, keep in mind that this hotel is in the loudest part of the city so it may not be ideal for you in that case. Some very minor cleanliness issues such as a rotten grape in the corner of the room lol.

Очень заботливый хозяин Айнур! Если у него есть свободное время, то он радушно приглашает сходить с ним вместе на кружок хорового пения! Для нас это было одно из самых ярких впечатлений от поездки!

Prima plek om te overnachten als je op doorreis bent in Kars.
Pros:

Het hotel is op 10 minuten lopen van het station en ook op loopafstand van het busstation van waar vandaan je richting Georgië kunt reizen. Dus heel handig gelegen. Het is wel aan een centrumstraat maar 's nachts is het er rustig. De kamer was uitstekend zeker gezien de zeer redelijke prijs. De receptist en zijn chef waren erg aardig en gastvrij. Ze spraken ook goed engels en konden ons prima van informatie voorzien. Waarschijnlijk reis ik volgende maand weer door Kars en dan ga ik hier graag weer overnachten.

Cons:

Het "fancy" gordijn in de kamer vond ik erg mooi om te zien, maar bleek totaal niet goed in het tegenhouden van licht dus werd ik erg vroeg wakker.

Pros:

Great location, central to everything and a short walk to the bus station. The room was compact and very clean with a window overlooking the mosque. The staff had limited English but were friendly and kind.Good value for a solo traveller.

Cons:

There was some street noise until quite late and the room was very light.
