Poor value for money spent
Pros:

On the prom but not directly as advertised on beach

Cons:

The property is very old structure. The rooms are not well insulated so you can hear everything in the adjoining rooms. When the adjoining room door is closed the entire structure shakes in adjoining room. The interior requires update to walls, curtains. No air conditioning. The check in gal is not welcoming. The value of what we spent does not match review on booking as “ very good”.

Amazing views, great price, pleasant atmosphere, clean, affordable, and easy to access the beach.
Pros:

Easy beach access, great views, friendly and helpful staff. Everything was within a short ten minute walk from the hotel, so we didn’t have to drive everywhere.

Cons:

There’s really no office, so if we needed something, unless housekeeping was on site, we couldn’t get it. However, we didn’t need anything until the last day. I attempted messaging through the number provided to me that we needed some more toilet paper, but we were okay.

The location was great.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The kitchenette didn't have a sink or are to really put food on or eat. The 2nd room was a hallway-not a room.

Beautiful place most definitely, less packed then other side of seaside, beach is right there , king bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Mini fridge is not enough for any place with 3 beds , especially 4 adults , no stove burner or anything, no broom to sweep up sand and it said pet friendly when I booked a year ago and when I got there , they said no pets and it was 25$ a day for a dog , the deck to my room is not safe at all , especially for 4 adults, we were scared it would break on us if more then 2 people were on it, was dipping in the middle atleast 4 inches.

Relaxing Beachside Stay
Pros:

We could walk into town or to the beach very easily. It was quiet, clean, and we had no issues at all.

Cons:

There's no cleaning service, which was fine, just had to call to get more towels, soap, or TP. Also had to take out our trash. Not a big deal, just something to note.

Pros:

It was a nice easy walk into town. The room was clean & comfortable.

Cons:

It was not easy to find the controls for the fire. It was on the wall behind the tv. I am 5 ft tall & would never have found it if my husband wasnt with me. A note of its location would have been helpful.

Amazing views, quiet location.
Pros:

The view. Love a balcony. I would not want a first floor room as no view.
We have stayed with you a few times now and enjoy it.

Cons:

Having to go to a different location to get parking permit and key card. As long as you are affordable we will stay with you. Thanks.
