Staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were well-appointed and extremely clean. Outstanding cleaning service each day. Breakfast was good, if minimal. Coffee was good.
The room was fairly noisy. We could clearly hear conversations from other guests, and the staff, outside the window and door of the room. Not sure if soundproofing can be improved.
Sehr gemütliches ruhiges Guasthouse mit tollem Personal! Ein later checkout war zu einem fairen Preis möglich. Es war ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt!
Staying at Roso Guest House was magical. The staff was outstanding and the facilities were beautiful, clean and comfortable.
Exceptional comfort, first class and friendly service
Exceptional comfort and first class service ! Amazing breakfast !
The location was fantastic in the heart of Roma Norte. The facilities and the mansion itself was gorgeous - very clean and recently renovated. They were finishing re-painting the rear of the building when I arrived. The rooms look exactly like the pictures. The room itself was fantastic w/ every amenity you could ask for. The AC worked great, but the door open w/ the verdant courtyard out back w/ a slight breeze was preferred. The checkout staff was excellent - thorough, yet quick, given I needed to get to my next destination. The staff went out of their way to help me with a pair of scissors, note paper and a pen, and bottled water all with a moment's notice.
The check-in staff was a bit slow. I've noticed in Mexico City there is a cultural preference for a hard bed. The bed itself was quite hard by my standards, but I'm a stomach sleeper and prefer a softer bed.
Great staff, 5 star treatment.
Renovations going on close to our room and late breakfast start
The location was very good but that’s the only positive. This was the worst hotel experience of my life.
The building and staff were awful. The building has been converted badly. In rooms in the old part you can hear every noise that staff make working in the office below. We were kept awake for 3 nights by staff noise and the loud snoring (no exaggeration) of the security/door man below us. We complained and this was met first by excuses then lies about refunding us, which never happened. (Gabriela Rodrigues, manager) lied to us to stop us complaining. We were kept awake for three days and nights and I admit at 3am I did go and shout at the staff as I had had enough but after three awful days and nights there no one could blame me. They use WhatsApp to talk to guests, and reply using AI written stock answers because they are so used to getting complaints - they just cut and paste the same response. Also the breakfast room/restaurant is a (unheated) roof terrace - we froze every morning. Do not stay here - it’s awful - your complaints will just go unheard and unanswered. You will be lied to.
Exceptionnel ! Mention spéciale pour Adriana et sa gentillesse!
